When I inquired about Why I paid extra for rush "2 day'' delivery, that will now be taking over 14 days, I was told "Im not sure why they told you that, There is no way we could get it here that fast"....In otherwords...They charged me $25 and they Knew they could not get my part here that quickly. WTF? Why lie to me just to make a sale? How many other people paid extra this month only to get screwed on the delivery and charges for overnight/2day? ? 10,000? 1,000,000?! Your company could have just cost me a lot of money in extra down time so You can screw others. Well, I went to Advanced...(which I despise).. The irony...My part will be here in 2 hours, It is being Delivered from Raleigh, by the competition. No extra $25 charge for postage either. Yes, I am upset. but...Seriously.. It's one thing to mess up my order, its an entirely different insult to make me praise Advanced Auto parts. So for folks on a timeline that want to save their hard earned money....
