It wasn't the end of the world, I could only see it from a certain angle of the truck. Then, I had a friend take his Van there to get the roof lined and they got white bedliner spray splattered all on the side of his paint. (Which is very visible when looking up close.) I just think that is a little bit pathetic after finding out what they charged him and how long it took... This is just my opinion, but i'd find a different place to do my bedliner next time, and I know he would find a different place to do his roof next time. Only giving 2 Stars because they pulled my toolbox out and reinstalled it when done.

They were able to get me on there schedule very quickly and did a great job on getting everything done. Went to go pick my truck up and didn't realize until I saw the truck that I given them wrong dimensions for tool box and they immediately ordered the right size and installed it the next day. Mike and his crew do excellent work and I highly recommend them! Thankyou Coastal Linings!

Rackley's is shady. I called Rackley's on a Monday to schedule a time to drop my car off and was…read moretold to bring it in Wednesday morning. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning and was told "we can't get to it today but we'll call you tomorrow". I left Rackley's with instructions to let me know the cost and nature of repairs before performing any work and was assured that this would happen(it didn't). I get a call later from Zach to ask why my car is there(again) and am told(again) that they'll call me and let me know what they find. After hearing nothing for three days I call Rackley's on a Saturday to find out what's going on with my car and am told they finished the work(!) and that someone will totally call me Monday morning when it's ready to be picked up. Of course, Rackley's fails to call Monday morning so I give them a ring a couple hours before they close and they tell me my car still needs work(?) and that after Zach checks on something they'll call me right back. Rackley's never calls back and I have to call them, yet again, and tell them to stop whatever they're doing and that I'm on my way to pick up my car. I'm floored by the lack of communication and professionalism from Rackley's and despite living within walking distance will never use them again.

They have bent over backwards for me several times when i have been in need. Also, from a year ago: Went to these guys for a full synthetic oil change on 5/23/23 -- their price was $30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Then, coincidentally, as I was leaving town at 1230 on 5/26 on 74, my steering wheel started shuddering whenever I steered toward the right at high speed. Immediately turned back to Grease Monkey. Alan accompanied me on a test drive all the way from Monkey Junction back onto 74 to troubleshoot, ordered two control arms on the spot, shoehorned me into their schedule and had me back on the road by 4:30PM. Incredible! Nicest, most respectful guys and so relieved to have found a dependable, trustworthy shop. I had no idea they did all sort of mechnica work!
