Hi really like it here. It kind of depends who you get, though. Quinn is, apparently, the manager and she is phenomenal. I've gone two other times for pedicures. One pedicure was also amazing. The last time I went, however, it was not good at all. Also when I went to pay I was told that I got a"deluxe" pedicure and that it was going to be $50! I did not ask for a deluxe pedicure and refused to pay twice as much. I couldn't even tell the difference! It took a lot of back-and-forth bantering to actually pay for a regular pedicure which is what I asked for. This is not the first time it's happened to me that I've been "up sold" without my agreeing upon it. I do not appreciate that at all. If it were not for this experience it would definitely be a five star review. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT PINKYS. I used to be a regular at Pinky's 3 back when Pinky was still the owner. I moved away for a few years and so many of my friends told me the salon hasn't been the same under the new management. I decided to still make a visit since I'm back for the summer. A few weeks ago, I got my nails done there, and the girl who did them told me she'd been working there for years (and she was so rude), but honestly it was one of the worst nail jobs I've ever had. I figured maybe it was just bad luck. This week I gave them one last chance, and NEVER AGAIN. The girl who did my nails this time was just as bad. On top of that, the pricing made absolutely no sense. Since there doesn't seem to be any manager or owner around, it feels like everyone just charges whatever they want. Even the receptionist seems unprofessional. The whole salon felt chaotic with employees talking loudly across the room to each other, customers looking frustrated, and just an overall stressful atmosphere. From what I saw, the employees didn't even seem happy working together, and it showed in the service. I could honestly write so much more, but this review would be way too long. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I personally won't be coming back, and I'd recommend finding another nail salon instead of supporting any of the Pinky's locations. Sucks that Pinky's has gone downhill ever since that owner left because the chain was amazing back then. read more

Rushed, pricey, and they did a horrible job with my gel manicure. They also made me withdrawal cash from their atm to pay. Won't be coming back. read more

I have been going to Pinkys in Linwood for many years. It is a beautiful, clean, and friendly salon. During busy times, like summer or prom season, you need to have an appointment, but most times, you can just call ahead or walk in and have a short wait. Many people like to book with a certain person, but I have found that no matter who I get, I am always happy. Today I had a manicure and pedicure with Mindy and she was super sweet, and my nails look great. read more

My nails were ok. It felt rushed. I haven't been back here in years. I found better in Lindenwold NJ

I have been to Pinkys 3 numerous times. Yesterday I went for an OPI powder dip manicure. I have their app and they sent me a coupon, so I figured why not. A lot of friends have tried the powder (at other salons) and rave about it. Well, I'm not raving. My manicure is atrocious. My nails look gritty and are matte finish as opposed to a shine that I am used to. Kevin used the Dremel on my cuticles after it had dried because the powder dried all over them. Needless to say, he caught my skin a couple of times. Moreover, I still have hardened polish on my cuticles. When I went to pay, the woman asked me if I liked it. I said, "no, I don't think so....is this how it's supposed to look?" She showed me her nails and I instantly thought they were gel. And she said, "no, they're powder." Mine looked nothing like hers. Really disappointed and it wasn't cheap! read more

I came in here with high hopes but left with literal clumps on my fingers this is the worst nail place i have ever been to. They ruined my friends and my nails. They look terrible. Never coming back here. We did not even tip read more

I honestly had no words when I looked in the mirror. I can't believe they let me walk out like this. Good thing I didn't have to pay for this, I could barely hold back my tears before I left because for the next month or more, I'm going to have lopsided, half-waxed-off eyebrows. I will never come back here again. read more

Started going there when she opened her first salon. The service has steadily declined. Really annoyed that they schedule clients so close they don't have time to provide the complete deluxe services that are supposed to go with the treatment, but still charge the full price. This has happened about three times. So I'll be going to a new nail salon. read more

I haven't been to a nail salon since March 2020 and I am so glad I went back to Pinky's today. Even with businesses starting to relax their COVID precautions, this salon is still very serious about keeping customers feeling safe. I love Rachel as my favorite nail technician. Great place! read more

The manicures and pedicures are wonderfully done, but success has given them dreadful time management problems. Even when I have an appointment, I always have to wait. And while I am waiting, often other people are taken first. And I have seen people with appointments turned away. Better management should be able to solve this problem, before frustration drives more of its clients away. read more

Had my nails done here in November 2016 without any appointment or knowing who to go to. I got a male who was terrible.. I had oval nails and told him I would like to keep them oval. I said I wanted to keep the length which was medium. I wasnt looking at what he did the first two nails and he filed down my pinky and ring finger to a square. When I saw it, I said I wanted them oval..he said DONT LOOK. He was rude and did a bad job. I will never go back. I was visiting family in EHT and wanted to get my nails done. It was honestly the worst experience ever aside from the fact that I spent time with my mom. I believe the woman who did my nails was the owner. Her and whoever sat next to her were incredibly rude, gave 0 craps about my nails and continue to hurt me and make me bleed. Now they're chipping and it's only been a few days. Gel isn't supposed to do that. Just some food for thought but I would suggest going somewhere else. read more

I went for my first mini/pedi last week. After reading good reviews, I called to make the appointment and was told that the regular mani/pedi was $45. I was taken on time and the salon was decorated nicely. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service provided. The entire mani/pedi was over in 40 minutes with the foot massage being completely rushed. In addition, I was told that the price was $50. I let the woman know that I was given a price of $45 an was told that the price went up that day. For a $50 mani/pedi, I expected a little more time spent on my nails and toes. read more

As soon as we walked in the door after making an appointment, we were given about 30 seconds to pick out about a color. I felt very rushed all for my mom to get her toe cut during her pedicure and later it formed a blood blister under her toe. I'm sure this was a once in a while mistake, but it was careless and we should not have paid for this service. Will not be going back, my mom had to go to urgent care to get oral antibiotics to cover any infection that may have been brewing. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for awhile no problems, sometimes there is a wait which I understand. Unfortunately that was not the case this visit. I had made my appointment and arrived 10 minutes early and waited at the door like usual, the receptionist was with another customer so one of the nail techs opened the door and had me sign in. Two customers walked in and asked the nail tech not the receptionist how long of a wait for the two of them, she had said 20 minutes. They then walked out as they had no appointment and couldn't wait that long, another nail tech ran to the customers car and brought them in with no wait. I was then asked to wait outside as they were not ready for me!! I waited a little while and ended up leaving with no service!! I will never come back to this nail salon!! You take walk ins before customers who have made appointments, such a disappointment! read more

Pinky has 4 salons, I go to Pinky's 3 in Linwood. Quinn is my FAV girl , I have been getting my nails done for 35+ yrs and would now go no where else. The service is prompt and courteous, Quinn knows exactly what I like and always succeeds in putting a huge smile on my face!! The salon looks high end with reasonable prices, and Pinky rewards her patrons with Customer Appreciation Loyalty Rewards. Need a GREAT PEDI/MANI..... Fills w/ current nail shapes. Always get great service and warm and friendly atmosphere. Pinky's use sterile equipment every time and same with there pedis are individually lined for every client. They recently upgraded all their tables and pedi chairs. Even though they will take walk ins, they get busy. I always make an appointment and I never have to wait. If you ever have a problem, or if something came out wrong. They will ALWAYS fix it. That's what I love about them. People go home thinking they can't go back. But if it breaks or you see a problem Pinky's will fix it for free. Yes for free. They guarantee their work. read more

This was my first time at Pinky's Nails 3, my daughter got a fill and I got gels...VERY accommodating place, VERY friendly, and VERY busy! Even tho they were so busy, our wait wasn't more than 15 minutes without an appointment. The receptionist was so nice and helpful when I had questions about the gel manicure. Wide selection of colors to choose from also...highly recommend, we will be back! read more

I normally go to a salon on the island but since this one is closer to my house, I figured I would try it. First off, all I wanted was one color for fingers and one different color for my toes and I explained this to the girl who then explained it back to me, so she understood me. Luckily I was mostly paying attention when the girl was doing my toes because she was using the wrong color. When I corrected her, she then started using the other color on the remaining toes. I thought she was correcting herself but then she did the same thing on the other foot. I decided to just go with the color she used most even though it wasn't at all what I wanted. Then during the manicure, I said to cut my nails very little so that they weren't stumps seeing as though i grew my nails out so that I could get them done in the first place. I left with little ugly stumps that were cut uneven and then paid $80 for the experience. I also was bleeding from being picked at so much on one finger and she kept spraying it with alcohol. Reading the rest of the reviews shows that they have done little to fix any of their issues. Probably should offer money back. I will not be going back. read more

I had my nails done a bit a week ago. One of my nails broke off completely literally every day for the past 4 days. As a professional in the industry I am left completely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I received there. I had a similar issue months back, I called to voice my complaint and they told me to go back in and they would take care of it and because I chose a different color I was charged without notice. At the end of the day we all work very hard for the money that we have and the getting my nails done is the one luxury thing I do to care for myself. I am saddened by my experience and I won't be going back to this establishment. read more

Worst ever! Called, made an appointment, confirmed my name and the time. Got there 5 minutes ahead of time, waited 45 mins, then sat in the pedicure chair for another 10. Half a**ed job on my feet. this place is so overrated. If I wasn't in a bind and needed my toes done, I would have left after 20 minutes. read more

I made an appointment after reading all the good reviews for a gel mani and pedi. Wendy was the one doing my nails. This woman was yapping away on her phone loudly and FaceTiming the entire 1.5 hours I was there not asking me a single question during my mani pedi. I interrupted her conversation twice. Once to tell her the water was burning hot and another time to tell her I wanted my nails square. The entire time she was staring off into space while doing my nails and chatting away. I felt like I was such a bother. A customer called and asked to speak with her to make an appointment for her pedi and she says, "omg this woman won't stop talking she wants to chit chat and I don't have time because we're busy" and goes back to talking on her cellphone the rest of the time. If you don't have the time to pay attention to what you're doing while you're doing a customers nails and everything is such a bother then stay home and talk on the phone. I left upset and as for my nails, they turned out kind of lumpy and I have gel on my cuticles so I won't be surprised if it starts chipping tomorrow. I wanted a design originally too but she didn't ask and I didn't even want her to do one anymore after my experience. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the place is actually really cute and clean. The other ladies and guys working looked like they were actually paying attention to what they were doing and probably do a better job. read more

First visit Kim cuts me twice and overheats my nails on the drill. Second visit today I go in for a pedi and pink and white fill. Appointment at 2pm. I let the receptionist know what I was there for and my appointment. I sit down promptly as they were busy. Group of four young girls come in for their pedi appointment and they get all sent back right away. Really? I guess my money isn't green enough. Envy has better pedicures anyway. So I walked out in a huff. I've never been overlooked like that. Just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I don't deserve some pampering. Never again. read more

I work at an office and our whole staff, 6 girls, frequents this location since it opened. However we will not be returning. Each of us had multiple experiences where we had appointments and still had to wait 30+ minutes. One of us was told to come back in 15 mins and when they returned they were told they could no longer take them because other people came in while they were gone. Another girl waited 30 mins, with appointment, and then told they were closing and couldnt take her. Numerous times we were told 10min wait that actually turned out to be 30+mins. The facility is beautiful and comfortable but the service is terrible. And thank goodness there are many other nail salons we can go to that would love to have our business. read more
