It's easy to see why this studio has been a pillar in the community for well over a decade -- the level of care, professionalism, and deep-rooted expertise here is unmatched. Before JTB I visited massage therapists over the years, but Jess is truly unlike any other -- she has a gift. Her work is both precise and intuitive; she knows exactly where to focus and uses a variety of techniques that leave me feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely renewed. Every movement is intentional and deeply effective. She has an exceptional understanding of the body, using her own mechanics to reach and relieve tension in ways I've never experienced elsewhere. Even her draping technique sets her apart -- every detail reflects her skill, professionalism, and genuine care. It creates total comfort and trust from start to finish. If you see an opening on her schedule, grab it. And if not, you're still in great hands -- Jess mentors her team, and that commitment to quality and consistency shows in every session, no matter who you see. The classes are equally outstanding. Over the years, I've taken yoga, mat Pilates, strength, Bootcamp, barre, 305 (dance), Buti, and functional fitness -- and every instructor brings knowledge, encouragement, and a sense of community. The variety and quality are incredible, and each class feels approachable and empowering. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, and I'm even thinking of trying their nutrition coaching program next. The space itself is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed -- from the moment you enter, you feel at ease. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in your well-being. JTB is more than just a wellness studio -- it's a place built on years of experience, care, and intention. Whether you're looking for expert bodywork, motivating classes, or simply a place to reconnect with yourself, this is it. A true gem.

I signed up for another live stream class but ended up canceling as I didn't feel well. Well I received an email tonight saying they were charging me an additional $10!!!!!! for canceling the live stream class. OK, I get IN PERSON, they would charge a cancelation fee because it takes away a slot from another person, but their live steam slots are unlimited!!! I should have just kept myself registered or logged in. This is unbelievable, I have never heard of anything like this and I did NOT consent to my card to be charged and I will be disputing it with my credit card company and NOT returning for any more classes. Additionally, upon further research it looks like they charge you a "late cancel" fee for in-person classes after your second offense, so I still for the life of me cannot believe they fraudulently charged my card for a missed virtual class with unlimited slots. I'm livid. Buyer beware.

I LOVE Common Ground Yoga!…read more I have been coming to Common Ground for years and this studio is my happy place. And I feel like it's one of the few non-heated yoga places in the area, which is important to me! I came as part of an unlimited trial with the intention of trying a few place's before settling on one, but never left. The instructors and the owner are welcoming and supportive. They are great with new students and old ones. Every one of the teachers encourage you to do what right for your bodies and not focus on what others are doing. The community is a group of people across all ages and abilities. Pre-pandemic, it was like my second home. During the pandemic it kept me sane as their virtual classes kept me connected with a wonderful community. Post pandemic remains amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this studio.

After randomly injuring my neck last week and it going away and coming back yesterday I thought it was best that I check myself into a yoga class for much needed relaxation and destressing. As soon as I walked into Central Mass I was put at ease. All of the ladies working at the front were very nice and asked me what I was looking for in a class. I decided on the restorative slow flow class. They have you take off your shoes before coming into any class as the floors creek and they want to keep it as quiet as possible. As I entered the class my body melted to the floor. Mandi took us through an hour and fifteen minutes of body strengthening and relaxing poses. We used straps, blosters and blocks to open up our hips, stretch our legs, and repair and restore parts that may have been aching! I loved this class so much that I decided to purchase the two week pass for $30 that is only open to first time students. It gives you unlimited classes and saves you a lot as a drop in class is $17. I've been back for two more classes since then and every teacher is amazing!
