I have been visiting Metta Wellness for years now. I have been to many practitioners before seeing Heather, but she is now who I rely on to balance me. I work exceptionally hard and own my own business, which is completely stressful. I am constantly typing. I am constantly driving. And I am constantly expelling energy. I see Heather predominantly for Thai massage, but also for traditional massage, energy work, and Ayurveda treatments. She is also a passionate herbalist. After she asks how I am doing and where I need her to concentrate, she customizes the session. Thai massage is on a mat and with you fully clothed. The stretching actually helps me after yoga. She is a talented healer who can tell where my energy is at any time and help me refuel. I don't understand how she does it, I just know I feel better immediately, in the short-term, and over extended periods of time. I consider going to Heather a significant part of my personal care. The Metta Spa treatments go way beyond the average therapeutic massage to provide deep rest and purification. Recently I had seven heavenly consecutive days of treatments. I am 68 years old and feel at least 10 years younger. I have had brushes with sciatica; now my back feels much stronger and more flexible. Mental alertness and optimism have soared.
