No idea but I know what I signed and it wasn't that! I was unwilling to keep the items so I left them all with the store manager. I have video of him saying he would put it out in the mall for someone to steal. The entire experience with them was surreal! I reported to my credit card company but I am certain they'll pull out that mysterious paper I supposedly signed and dispute it. I've already contacted class action dot org to see if they can get rolling with some kind of class action lawsuit. These people are unethical at best and thieves at worst!

Helen has never raised her price per unit for Botox since she opened, and she's never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. For clients with thinner or more sensitive skin (like me!), Helen adjusts needle size and uses specialized, light-guided techniques to help minimize bruising, along with different needle points depending on the area. These are the kinds of thoughtful details many providers don't even consider, but they make a huge difference in both comfort and results. Beyond her talent, Helen is genuinely kind and caring. However afterwards, I noticed some dark marks across my nose and I contacted Arianna, she said to wait 2 weeks and they should go away. After 2 weeks, the marks did not go away I called the Natick tightspa location and wanted to speak with Ariana to get more information about it. I spoke with Tiffany, the director who answered the phone. She said I had to send a picture first, when she received the picture, she stated it is very difficult to say when and how the marks occurred and it did not come from the spa. I then sent a picture prior to the facial which does not show the dark scars across my nose. I am very disappointed with Tiffany's response. I expected better customer service and response especially from a director but instead she basically disclaimed any responsibility or assistance. My prior photos before the medical facial did not show the dark scars across my nose. After I sent this photo I did not even receive a response. An explanation or possible solution on how the marks could be improved would've been a better response to a customer than the defensive posture of non-responsibility which shows unprofessionalism, defensiveness, poor customer service and indifference towards the customer. Nor did Tiffany offer to have Ariana speak with me to assist. I would not recommend going to this location because if this is an example of how they handle issues when they arise. I do not expect Tiffany the director to do anything to improve or assist with the situation except to disclaim responsibility and to ignore the situation.
