I'll start from the beginning. Note: as standard protocol with all professionals I interact with, all email, texts, documents, pdfs., and notes from sessions and in between communication are kept on file. I found Nina's work online from her website. It included a statement of services offered. We met via an initial discovery call where I explained my symptoms at the time and how we would approach that. Specifically, the response was a dietary/nutrition plan amongst other lifestyle changes that can help mitigate what was later Vata-Pitta imbalance. During this call, she offered a 30% discount off the full price package of $290 for three sessions. At the first in person meeting, I was charged the full price. I was also also promised Chrysanthemum tea that would help as a cooling effect (since Vata-Pitta) is an excess of wind-heat from what was explained. That was never followed through. She did offer me a jar of triphala however which I took home for bowel movement regulation. At the second meeting (via Zoom), we spent about an hour or so going through my weekly food intake, including current supplements. Additionally, two documents were sent: (1) Vata-Pitta-Kapha general list of foods (2) List of recommended foods for Vata-Pitta imbalance. It includes her personal recommendations (i.e. swap out harder cheeses for softer ones like mozzarella.) At the third meeting (via Zoom) again, she asks for my blood work results. Strange as they're typically asked for during the first session. My health history form was also given to her in person at our initial consultation. What transpired after is quite tedious to get into. But I said, explicitly, I intend to not continue due to budgeting reasons. The dialogue went on for several pages (via email.) And it's clear that "no" was neither understood nor respected. The icing on the cake was when I told her a final time, "I'm all set." via email Friday. Four days later (Tuesday), she texts and emails me unsolicited messages and documents. It was uncomfortable. I notified what happened to two other professionals. It was unacceptable. It's unfortunate too that responses to client feedback is as such: (as per responses below and on other review platforms.) Responses to customer feedback as such, wherein, "no nutritional services" are offered is interesting given the nature of things discussed during my three sessions. If that's how some people prefer to engage with customers, that's their choice. In any case, it doesn't change anything. This is an honest recount of my experience. read more

Good place for Ayurvedic treatments in Natick, MA. The business is located inside a house but entirely separate from it, with a separate entrance at the back. I got the total bliss package as a gift. She explained everything, and the whole experience was relaxing. She provided me with an orange peel tea at the start and the end. You can also take a shower after the experience. The only feedback I would add is keeping a shower gel/body wash in the shower. read more

This spa is located at her home BUT set up in a very professional way with designated parking, a separate entrance, very clean and organized inside with all the necessary medical details. I've had 2 visits so far and loved both the sessions. She does not rush the session and is attentive to what our needs are and services she provides. I did a facial and I did an oil treatment/massage and felt relaxed and good after both session. I also like that she iterates the experience is not just the process but its also being peaceful, calm and spiritual (whatever form you believe). Her spa is warm and welcoming. As I am new to the MA area I was looking for a place to get a great facial and that I could treat some melasma issues. The minute you walk into Nina's space you can feel the energy shift to calmness. She is incredibly thorough in her consultation and extremely well versed in the mind body connection. You can tell that Nina is a true artisan and really cares about her clients and skincare. I just went for my first session yesterday. I received the Svedana (Ayurvedic Herbal Steam Therapy) and Full-Body Wrap (with scrub). It was amazing. Completely relaxing, calming and gentle. Nina's positive and warm energy makes you feel welcome and comfortable right away. You can tell that she really cares about people as a whole and is very knowledgeable in Ayurveda. She explained each step of the process to me, talked about the treatments she was using and the herbs, and was constantly ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. Nina Fine, owner of the salon has done a procedure that damaged my face, skin and health in a very serious way. My face has been spoilt and I was down with burn for 3 months already, phisically disabled to have normal life, emotionally devastated. My face is stiff, I cant raise eyebrows, i cant smile. My flawless skin is destroyed! I experience constant pain and burn. My capillaries are burnt. My life's disability and healing process will take up to 1 year. My flawless young skin is gone. She is inexperienced practitioner, who damaged my face and health with no apology. She just entered cosmetology business, and all she cares is her profit. When I reached out to her and told her about what happened to me, she dumped me in fear to loose her reputation and denied that my face got spoilt because of her procedure. May be I visited another cosmetologist that day?)) Being sweet and charming person on the surface, does not mean to be a good person or caring knowlegable practitioner. I have no respect for this person in regards of how she treats people. Be careful of "cosmetologists" like this, she is dangerous in her lack of knowledge of what she is doing with her devices. She burnt my face, neck and scalp! And her comments on my reviews and complaints tell you about her customer service. Visiting this salon was nightmare of my life. Nina is an amazing lady with a great head for business, but even bigger heart and love for people overall. Every procedure I had was phenomenal, she is very gentle and careful, but also firm when she needs to make a point ! For example, she did change my moisturising habits , no hard sales , just explaining what , how, etc. Exercise equipment is from Europe, nothing like it here ! Great staff. When I came in for my facial, I was pleasantly greeted by Nina and offered chamomile tea! Then she took time to ask me about my skin type and what I wanted to improve in my skin. In my case, it was to fix my acne. Throughout the whole facial, Nina was attentive and caring and she gave me so much information on how to reduce my acne naturally!
