Total scam! High pressure sales pitch and false claims. The items made my face break out. When I returned the unopened items, they informed me that they didn't take returns. T hen they showed me a white piece of paper that I supposedly signed that says I knew they didn't take returns. The only thing I remember signing was for the credit card purchase so I'm pretty sure that either it was somehow electronically attached or maybe they lifted my signature? No idea but I know what I signed and it wasn't that! I was unwilling to keep the items so I left them all with the store manager. I have video of him saying he would put it out in the mall for someone to steal. The entire experience with them was surreal! I reported to my credit card company but I am certain they'll pull out that mysterious paper I supposedly signed and dispute it. I agree with everyone else on here. Stay away from this store!! I plan on reviewing the mall itself so they hopefully take notice of and remove these horrible people. One of my favorite stores is two doors down, so now I'm going to have to remember to go out of my way to avoid these crazies. Like everyone says, they lure you in with a free sample. Then come the free demos. After David put several things my face, he ALMOST got me to spend a bunch of money because they really did seem to work well. But when I said I'd need to talk it over with my husband, he asked why, and I explained that I respected him enough to discuss a $2,000 purchase with him. To which he replied that obviously my husband doesn't respect ME if I can't make my own decisions. That was the point when he lost me entirely. Then he turned very cold and said I just got a really expensive facial and it was very rude of me not to buy something. Wow. After luring me into their store and offering me "free" demos, now I'm a jerk for not spending thousands of dollars there? When I finally escaped (nearly 3 hours after I walked in), David actually followed me when I went to the next store and watched me look at clothing. It was so creepy and I was actually worried about my safety, so when I left, I went some roundabout route to see if he was following me before going to my car. Sounds paranoid, but I'm not kidding, the guy was a sociopath. Super nice and funny when he thinks he'll talk you into buying something, but mean and eventually scary when you continue to say no. It's disgusting, and really too bad, because I actually did love the way my face looked and felt when he was done, but now there is absolutely NO WAY I'd ever buy any of their products. They know that if they let you leave and you read reviews, you'll never buy. So they bully you into purchasing as much as possible while you're there. If their products were really that good, they wouldn't need to trick people into buying them. I was in the Natick Mall recently with my fiancé. While walking by Forever Flawless, we were greeted with a lovely sales associate named Mor. She was lovely, knowledgable and great to work with. I've been struggling with some skin problems and figured spending a bit extra on some new product might help. Mor set me up with a few things to get me started and offered me a free facial. I've never had a facial before, so I figured why not? I live almost two hours away, but made the trip back for the facial about two weeks later. I was told previously that I was going to have a facial in the facial room by another woman, so going in I was excited. However, I was greeted by a man named David who brought me over to a chair and started a huge sales pitch for their product package that cost $2,000! I did receive a sort of facial. It wasn't what I expected and I honestly didn't like the feeling of my face afterwards. I was there for two hours, with the facial part maybe taking 20 minutes and the rest was David pushing me into trying to purchase something. I explained that I just spent money on new products that I've barely had two weeks, and I wanted to give those time to work to see if I liked them before even considering spending more. David got upset with me at one point and even said "You're really not going to purchase something after all I said to you?" I said yes! I came in for a facial, not a sales pitch. I tried leaving 3 different times and each time he tried to persuade me to purchase something. He ended up going into the back for something and I skidaddled out of there! I was super uncomfortable with him, that I'm not sure if I would go back to this store. Matt showed me several products and red light therapy and said he could offer me a decent monthly rate on their facial services, and the products would be free. I explained I was a student and didn't live in the area or drive. He compromised by setting me up with a plan that was "$160 anytime I came in for a facial and only when I came in for a facial", meaning my card would never be charged otherwise. What I found later was this ridiculous year-long, monthly installment plan with another service called split-it. I don't know which company is worse. As I left the store with my bag, I saw that TWO CHARGES for $1912 were made to my credit card. I quickly returned to the store to inquire, and he said these were temporary first-time authorizations and would disappear within 24 hours. I came back for a facial after Christmas because honestly I didn't trust these guys and I was worried they would charge me before I came back. Everything was fine, but my skin gradually got worse with the use of these products and I stopped using them immediately. I am a Masters student and do not drive. It is difficult for me to get to the South Shore Plaza. One of my cards was suspected of fraud after another charge in the city, which I had to cancel right away. A couple weeks pass as I start classes, and I get an outrageous $1600 charge on my credit card, overdrawing my balance for my school account. This company, split-it, is apparently not that official because any emails they sent went straight into my spam folder automatically. It was only upon scouring my email account did I find any emails about issues charging my card. I am not sure how they found my new Credit Card details, but that is also up for debate. I have spoken to my Uncle who is a lawyer, and he explained that only authorized monthly subscriptions can search and use replaced credit cards in the system. I never authorized monthly payments. As this salesperson, Matt, explained, I would "only be charged whenever I came in for a facial". That is the only reason I even signed up for this service in ANY capacity because I had control over the payments. These salespeople are incredibly sketchy. I started reaching out a week ago today once I checked my credit card statement because I cannot pay my monthly school bill. I called both split-it and the store. I tried to find a better contact for a manager of some sort on their site, and they are apparently "independently owned" which, again, supports the scam and crazy operation they have going on. I have spent some time researching this location specifically and the company and have found very similar stories to mine. Hundreds and thousands of dollars missing, and no support offered. Since I started calling last week, I was trying to work out a plan with a Support person named "Samantha" to "rework" whatever "payment plan" I had until I could find a better solution, as there was still an outrageous $1600 bill on my credit card. I spoke to her a handful of times last week, and asked her several times for a contact number for her as her number was always blocked whenever she called. She disappeared since we worked out a "plan". The new plan was to authorize the $1600 charge for a different credit card I had, which was a hybrid Bank of America debit/credit card (I only have two at the moment, and the $1600 charge from my old card has STILL NOT DISAPPEARED). Apparently, split-it does not approve hybrid credit cards, which is my only other option. Now, I need a new "permission" to refund the $1600 card from my old card so that I can have a "temporary" authorization for that amount. In the mean time, I have tried reaching out to EVERYONE I possibly can to no avail. I am terrified of physically going into the store because I saw two complaints online that someone called the police on customers for a similar incident. Since they have stopped replying to my outreach, I am escalating further with my credit card company and law enforcement. I truly cannot believe this store is still in business. read more

The salespeople stand outside the store and if they say "hi!", keep on walking. Don't make eye contact, don't stop even if it feels rude and you feel badly about it. Trust me. Once they engage with you, it will be hard to get away. It first starts with "do you have a minute for a hand massage?" and sure, that sounds great, right? The young saleswoman who I initially met was nice, friendly, and I thought, "okay, I can buy a couple of things and be okay here...it's still more than I usually spend, but I like the way my skin's feeling." And then another woman came over, the manager (?), and started in with the hard sell. I should have left and even said "no way, I'm not paying $2,500 for skin care," but then she gave me special discounts and I still wound up paying far more than I was planning to. And I'm not proud of that, either. I'm not sure what benefit there is to "diamond dust" in the skin creams, but I wasn't all that impressed with the results. The face cream isn't moisturizing so much but does act as a good primer for my make-up, I'll say that. My foundation is a lot less inclined to flake or slide off when I'm wearing the Forever Flawless moisturizer. But it's not enough to warrant the price tag or the ashamed feeling you'll get as you leave the store. I was entitled to a free facial with my purchase, but I wound up canceling - I knew it wouldn't be a relaxing experience and it would be more hard-sell. read more

We were on a cruise in St Kitts and a clever sales girl lured us in with a free sample. I knew better but let her sit my husband and I in chairs and apply some sticky stuff under one eye each. Yes there seemed to be instant improvement. Then she told us $1,500 for a tube. We told her we didn't carry credit cards ashore. She lowered the price to $179 and was going to throw in more products. We finally escaped and when we cleaned our faces the serum she used was so sticky .. that is why it seemed to work instantly. Maybe we could add a bit of Elmer's glue to a little face cream? I am in the process of taking action against this company for its predatory sales practices, and for exploiting and robbing my (minor-aged) son of almost $1,000 of his college savings. He was "sucked in" to the store by Raphael, who made him feel like crap about his acne, then used his high pressure sales tactics to convince my son these beauty products would "fix him". My son suffers from anxiety and quickly cracked under the pressure. He was shamed then manipulated into buying these products - although I'm not sure how effective body butter and men's cologne are in treating acne? Raphael read him like a book and completely played him. My son said he told him he was going into college, so he knew how old he was. Doesn't matter who you screw, as long as you make a commission. After my son left with his $700 purchase, this idiot actually followed him out and lured him back for a second round - this time another $300. I didn't find out about all of this until a month later, my son was horrified by the experience and hid it all from me. I personally went to the store last week to discuss a resolution. I was there over an hour, and was treated like crap. The associates in the store were rude, condescending and disrespectful. Dean, the manager, was a complete ass, trying to challenge everything I said until he realized I was onto his bullshit and he stopped. This was after a half hour of an associate painstakingly inspecting the products I tried to return (which were all unused because my son had no interest - he was just bullied into it and said he felt "trapped" - the only way out of there was to buy this stuff). Well I certainly believed him - as soon as he said "Forever Flawless" I knew exactly where it was and how they treat people. I've been a victim of these bullies myself (although when I told this to Dean, he asked me when - I said about a year and a half ago - he told me I was lying, they weren't even there then). Who's lying? In looking at the review dates, I see many, many, many about that time. Dean is the liar and had the audacity to try to challenge me. I'm hoping "Julie Community Manager" or someone from the company reads this and attempts to contact me to resolve. Social media can be a powerful form of justice. So can the Better Business Bureau, the Peabody Police and our local news station's consumer protection group. And a report to mall management. I know I have many options, but I'd prefer to settle this now and be done with it. I'm looking for justice on behalf of my son, not revenge. The manager kept getting angry with me so I thought I'll play this game, Ill waste there time. So I got him down to $69.99 for the peel and if I bought it I'd get a facial. This review is for the Forever Flawless at the North Shore Mall in Peabody. As others have said, these people are ruthless. Truthfully, I was with my sister, who got totally suckered in. I buy my products at Macy's so I didn't want to deal with them. She ended up spending $400 on products (something she never does) that did nothing for her. It was all a sales pitch.... All of a sudden this $500 product was $300, and she got hundreds of dollars of products for a song.... It's all crap! Part of their pitch was that she got a free facial that was supposedly worth $300... She did go for the "free" facial, but surprise, surprise, it was ANOTHER sales pitch for even more products!!! One of the products made her skin break out, and the rest did nothing. She complained to them, hoping she could recoup some of her money back, as this happened right after she bought them, but no way. I feel like I have been scammed. The first person who sold me these products was very nice and concerned about my finances. He didn't try to oversell and I appreciated that. Facials were included with the products so I went back for my first facial. I had 3 more that were included with the products I bought. This time there was a different person. The facial took way longer that it should have because there was a hard sell to buy more products. I decided not to go back and get the other 3 facials because they were only interested in me buying more products. I like the products but they are not worth the almost $600 I spent on them. I feel like it was a scam. I saw other reviews saying the same thing in Yelp and I wondered if they had written to you first. I wish I could take all the products back for a refund. I will not be using these products again when they are gone because I have spent enough money on them. I don't feel respected by people who represent this company. The service is absolutely traumatizing. The sales person I was dealing with was extremely persistent on me buy the product even after I've said no and that I will have to think about first. He wouldn't take no for answer and kept giving me deals that I did not want. FLAWLESSLY CONNED 8/28/17 I totally agree with all the one-star reviews and I hate to even give this terrible business even one star. I encountered this store in Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree Colorado. It is a very upscale mall and should be ashamed to have such a store under their roof. This place is a total scam, rip off, a bunch of con artists that lure you into their store. I swear there must be something being piped into their store to make you lose all your good sense and be persuaded, coerced and flawlessly conned into buying any of their jars of goop. I foolishly spent $1,500.00 but as soon as I got home I called and wanted to return the product because I knew I had been swindled. They said that the manager was gone for the next 4 days but I could come in in 4 days and they would help me out. (whatever that meant) A lawyer friend told me about the 3-day rescission law and I should not wait but go in right away, which I did. I contacted mall security and had them escort me into the store. The sales girl tried to lure me into the back room when I showed up to return the products. Luckily, my friend was with me and was very verbally forceful with the sales girl and said that there was no reason for me to go in the back room. The sales girl became very hostile and did not like that the security guard was in the store and watching the entire scene. She reluctantly did the return for my $1,500 but I have yet to see the credit on my credit card. I did call my credit card company and they said it can take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear, so I am still waiting but if I do not see the return soon I will dispute the charge. These people are ruthless crooks. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!! They need to be shut down. Be careful if you go into this store in South Shore Plaza in Braintree Mass. I went in there to look around and was promptly greeted by a salesman, I felt as if he was trying to sell me a used car. He showed me all kinds of products to help me with facial products. He showed me an electronic device that he promised would make my face look years younger. He told me it cost $4700.00 but was on sale now for $1200.00. I am a very trusting person and try to think that everyone are honest people, my husband says I'm very gullible, which I probably am. he conned me into buying it and he said it would take several months before I saw any results. After bringing it home and trying it several times it felt like I was just rubbing a flashlight over my face. This product probably cost the store $50.00 if that and then they tell people its $4700.00 but it's on sale now for $1200.00 so everyone thinks their getting a great deal. I worked at the Natick Mall for two years, and these people will haggle you with promises of free samples so they can try to rope you into buying something that costs thousands of dollars. Now I'm a teacher and I don't work sales anymore, and I also don't have money to spend left and right. I was shopping for my sister's birthday and I had picked something up for her at Lush, and also a pair of Payless heels (again- teacher). Anyway, I actually knew this guy from working at the Natick Mall and saying hi for a couple years so I didn't feel bad stopping for a sample. For some reason, this time, he was really insulting and hostile, but then would follow up with a compliment to try to make it better. He guessed I'm 28, I'm 23! He said it's because of my fine lines and huge pores and wrinkles. Oh, but you're so beautiful! Makes no sense. Then insulted my Lush products and asked how many of each item of cheap clothing I have. AGAIN, I don't have tons of money! But I make it work! And no, I didn't spend $300 at the mall that day, I spent $60, so there's no way I would justify spending hundreds of dollars on your tiny products that immediately made my skin break out. I also happen to love Lush's bath bombs, so bye. I tried to be as nice as I could. He seemed upset but he never said this was going to be a sales interrogation, so I was visibly done. This is undeniably the most predatory service I have ever experienced. My father purchased items for my mother at the Northshore location. I was not there but apparently they offered a "free" skincare service which I did take my mother to. Mind you, I am in the beauty industry and work as a Sephora beauty advisor with extensive knowledge on skincare. The woman at FF had the audacity to tell my mother that NONE of the products at Sephora would even remotely help her skin. My mother is an angel and honestly, totally gullible. Caution ! Very rude and pushy people. The product seems to be ok , however I didn't not buy just for the simple fact of how pushy Gaby was ! She kept pushing the sale . It seemed as though she memorized the script and kept repeating herself making me feel very uncomfortable. When I told her that I will talk this over with my spouse who was at Macy's on the other side of the mall ( I am not used to spending 120$ on just a small bottle of cream) , she straight up told me that if I leave she is not going to do the sale for me for the price that she was advertising. I am not sure at how this merchant is still active and how they train their employees.... but customer service is simply HORRIFYING!!! This place pressured me into buying something I did not want. I repeatedly told the guy "No, I do not want the product, I can't afford it". He proceeded to touch my face, without asking, smearing some stupid face cream on my face. It took me almost an hour to get out of there after walking away numerous times. The guy would grab me and keep me from leaving. I ended up buying the stupid product just so I could leave. Do not go here. So yesterday I was at the Natick mall as I usually am since I work very close by in Shoppers World. I was upstairs and was looking for a friend who went downstairs. To get to the stairs I had to walk by this business and let me tell you it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had in that mall. The sales guy was standing right outside and commented that he liked my shirt and since I was looking for my friend I said thanks and kept walking. Then he proceeded to try to hand me a free sample and I'm like whatever I'll take the free sample and leave. Boy was I wrong. This man made me so uncomfortable asking me if I had a boyfriend and asked how many boyfriends I have had which is none of his damn business. He then proceeded to rub some of the product on my arm and was like "I'm going to massage your arm now, don't get too excited I'm taken" and I'm like wtf I told you I just had a boyfriend so why would I be interested anyways?! He then proceeded to tell me I had eczema!!! This man is not a licensed dermatologist and had the audacity to tell me I had eczema when clearly I do not. he asked me to notice the difference the product made on my arm and I was like it looks the same as it did before.... and he tried to convince me it's not. At that point I'm so fed up and creeped out and I walked away and threw the free sample on the ground in front of him. He was nothing but a narcissistic mysogynistic asshole. Yes I agree the sales people get you into their door and once in the door they demonstrate their products to get you to buy them. After all they are in the business to sell. I was stopped by Elad and I found him to be friendly, informative, patient and knowledgeable about the products. I agree the prices are expensive and to be honest I have paid high prices at other stores and i felt the price was justified due to the results. If I didn't see the results I would not have made a purchase. I know the product will not erase the years and as long as I see improvements I will be a Forever fan. read more

I agree with previous reviews. I got sucked in for the gel rub on my hand after repeatedly saying I didn't have time ( I know, my bad) I should've just ignored the woman. She was so rude and insulting. Criticizing my skin and routines. Also insulted my teen daughter, telling her she also needed this "diamond" gel, that I should buy it and not be selfish but share it. So many back handed comments I can't even remember them all! Obviously working on commission. I finally moved toward the door and she said she'd give me a special price, seriously? , I had no interest. Both myself and my daughter were pissed at this point, I told her loudly I was not buying the product and I was leaving. She got real bitchy and I left. I was walking out of the Oakley store heading back to my car, having just purchased a $200 pair of sunglasses. I had absolutely no intention of spending any more money the rest of the night. As I walk by Forever Flawless, some sketchy jackass approaches me with some free sample. I kept walking, but he basically chased after me so I just turned around and took the sample. He then shook my hand and asked me if I was in the Army because I have such a strong handshake... wtf? At this point I knew this dude was going to start pitching some snake oil to me. He starts asking me what I use to moisturize my skin and I repeatedly tell him that I use nothing. He lures me in to this store I clearly have no interest in, and rubs some microdermabrasion cream on my wrist. While awkwardly rubbing my wrist, he starts asking me about what I do for work and how much money I make. He also asked me what kind of car I drive. If this jackass could read body language at all, he would already know I wasn't going to buy dick from this store and I was not listening to him at all. He took out a mirror and started pointing out what the microdermabrasion could fix in my skin - big pores, blackheads, and rosacea. As he pointed these things out to me, I could see none of them lol (besides maybe like two blackheads on my nose). Meanwhile, this dude's face is all pockmarked. I should have asked him if he uses this stuff. Eventually I told him I needed to go and got the f out of there. These are horrible salespeople using high pressure sales techniques. I had no interest or need for any of these products. This jerk off must have just seen me walk by and decided to pitch me because it was the end of the night and he needed to meet his quota. By the way, there was literally no difference in appearance between the wrist he rubbed the stuff on and the other wrist. Infuriated. my mom got snatched by some guy standing out in front. She is just too nice to walk away and ignore so he totally took advantage of her, started putting creams and scrubs on her hands. Saying " tell me how much you love me" " you will love your hands" um ew Made it SOOO hard to get out of there. Began to compare these creams to high end cars which was obnoxious, got very personal asking us questions about relationships and jobs and pointed at my bag and said you spend money on that why don't you for your young face. You only have one face. , then pushing me too buy a 100$ cream so that my mom could get one free. I then got real annoyed and began the Im not taking your bullshit, he then became hostile.he demanded I tell him how much I loved my mother, then again insisted she buy it then and got on the computer to do something and i grabbed her and left. He gave me a rude look and said " you only care about yourself not even your mother" in a hacked accent. Said he owned the store, and that he doesn't need our money he buys all high end things for his store his says and has high end clothing.
