I was on my way for a family vacation when I heard about Swiss Air 111 going down near Canada. I had just been in New York and my dearest cousin was going on a humanitarian mission and was on that flight. This was in the day before cell phones and I honestly did not know who to call. So I just called her number praying someone would answer and SHE did! She told me she was in too much shock to talk about it but that I should relax because she was fine. Years later I meet Charles and my cousin tells me this is the man that saved her life and told her not to get on that flight. Yes ... this really happened. Out of the blue one day, I get a message from him asking me if I was ok. I said yes but why does he ask - he said he received a "message" that there was something wrong with me. He continues to press me about my heart (full work up earlier that month - no issues), cholesterol (beyond amazing), and my blood pressure (low beyond belief).
