Whoever runs business and says come back to fix for free which means they are not confident about their quality. They created a quiet ambiance with soothing music background since their technicians could not communicate well, sometimes it's kinda annoying when you ask them to explain something, ending up with attitude and rudeness. I agree to quietness and calmness but customer service industry means communication, we could get the nails done anywhere but we don't want to sit and be silent a whole time.
