They thanked me for taking the time to review them and told me they would love to welcome me back soon. Today, I reached out because I wanted to book another appointment. Unfortunately, after waiting quite a while for a response, I received a very cold and generic message saying they couldn't accommodate my request because Lilly isn't available on Saturdays. I completely understand that Lilly may not work Saturdays. That part is not a problem at all. What is disappointing is the complete lack of effort to make a returning customer feel valued. If the appointment wasn't possible, there were many ways they could have responded--such as offering another day, suggesting another technician, or simply communicating in a more welcoming way. Instead, after telling me they would love to have me back, I was left feeling like my business suddenly wasn't important. It's a shame because I was genuinely happy with my first experience and went out of my way to leave a good review. Unfortunately, this interaction changed my impression of the business completely. A business shouldn't make a customer feel appreciated when they leave a good review and then make them feel like an inconvenience when they actually try to come back. Good service isn't only about the nails--it's also about how you treat people. Sadly, this experience left me feeling very unwelcome.

I arrived about 15 minutes early and she started the appointment early as well. I showed her a picture of my desired style and she provided specific polish choices which would be most similar to the image. Ultimately, my manicure was more of a cat eye/ombré design. Reiho was very meticulous and efficient. She also frequently checked in to ensure there was no discomfort and the nails were exactly as I desired. I absolutely loved my final set. I used to religiously get Gel X done because I liked how strong and protective it was for my nails, but Aco convinced me to try regular gel on my natural nails (with some clear hard gel for extra strength). She was right -- the Japanese gel is much stronger than what we're used to in the US, and not once have my natural nails ripped. Plus, they have a very diverse selection of colors available for gel. For $90, I get old polish removed, new gel, and hard gel on top. It's a great price and really good service for Manhattan!

I'm a hairstylist and my nails really do take a beating but thanks to their safe manicure technique, my nails have never been stronger and have only had two broken nails in almost 2 years. I've seen everyone here and they are fabulous. I do typically see Assel as I am in and out in an hour 10 but you really can't go wrong. They also offer a same time mani pedi which is a game changer! As far as pricing, they are beyond fair at $90 for a gel manicure. I have some clients who pay $160 at the places they go to (and am trying to convert). 10/10 service, efficiency and value.
