Visited this bakery during a trip in Saint George. The inside was very cute and there was a mascot that you can take a picture with in the corner of the restaurant. They have a lot of unique flavors to choose from like crème brûlée or the trademark logo of the restaurant (as a doughnut) ordered the lemon meringue donut and the birthday donut. Both of the donuts were delicious and they were decorated very precise. Service was amazing because all the employees treated us with enthusiasm and a kind smile and they put our donuts in the bag quickly. I will visit this location on my next visit here and I highly recommend this restaurant for doughnuts! read more

We walked in and were overwhelmed at the approximately four dozen decked out choices of donuts to choose from. The challenge is which do you choose! I held up the line but did not want to waste my choice, sorry. Luckily my donut partner was willing to split with me so we got two rounded pieces of deliciousness. What a wonderful donut store. It puts you in a happy mood before you walk in. The store is well stocked. This was our first time. The employees were friendly and explained the prices and deals. Oh my goodness this place is absolutely delicious. To be honest with you we always avoided this place because we love mom and Pop donut shops. I thought this place was all hype. But after the first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. Every doughnut is so well thought out and executed. The flavors are so unique and delicious and each doughnut looks beautiful. It almost makes you not want to eat them. I feel like they always have so many donuts and they're constantly remaking them throughout the day. At this particular location we have always had amazing customer service. I have been here three times now. I honestly need to slow down. Lol. This has happened several times in this store. i waited for five minutes. (Yeah I actually timed it). i was the only one in the store. Two employees were very busy with their conversation. Listen. The one lady did apologize and gave me two free donuts. Which of course was nice. Any maybe i am just being a crab today because i was on the way back from a fasting procedure and was hangry. Blow Torch donut was the best donut I've ever had. It was for led with lots of really yummy custard and the top had crystals like crème brûlée. My only regret is I didn't buy more ! My hubby thought the glazed were average. After leaving, I researched the pink box and was disappointed they aren't nationwide. So glad to have a donut shop in STG. Honestly, a huge sign of quality food is the employee attitude. All the workers were happy and energetic. The store owner, Joseph, was there and had an amazing personality and attitude. If the bright and clean environment don't sell you on the uplifting atmosphere, he definitely will. We tried the it's ya birthday, blow torch, pb&j, and blueberry. All are in the sweeter side, as anticipated. My husband did mention the peanut butter on the pb&j donut was just peanut butter, not icing, so be ready with some milk! Definitely returning! read more

My daughters have had a countdown starting the first day they saw "the pink donut store!" I have had a headache since then as well. I'm asked 100 times a day when it will open, and it finally happened. We drove by several times on opening day, but the line was extremely long and I quite honestly do not like my kids enough to stand out there with them for a long wait. I love them more than life, but I don't like them that much. Sunday rolls around and they wake up at 8 am before their brother so I sneaked them into the car and headed that way. The line was out the door, but moved quickly. They posed for pictures by "Pinky poo" and ate up all the visual beauty that is a Pink Box Doughnuts. The girls loved every second. We got up to the row of doughnuts and it was hard to pick! So many beautiful and interesting combinations, as well as all the old favorites everyone comes to expect. They caught my attention with the croissant doughnuts. We got a mixed box of all the beautiful fancy ones including a unicorn and two Care Bears! The girls giggled at the poo donuts and had to order those as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We avoided a fight and melt down when there was only one Care Bear left, they went in search of another one and saved the day! Girls both got free opening day t shirts and lived there best sugared up life. We will def be back, but be warned...with tip it was $40 for a dozen. read more

Which is great for new businesses. But will the "high" last? Quality, Variety, Cost, Service, Cleanliness, Accessibility (hours), Availability are important. While I found the new establishment spanking clean, with lines out the door, customers spending like drunken sailors (not all sailors of course), and cash registers caching... Variety was abit too cutsie for me. Don't get me wrong...if I were 6 I'd be in heaven. What's.a kid not to love about colors and characters? This is not an everyday attraction feature that made Mister Donut or Dunkin Donuts famous or profitable or your morning Go To. Quality and cost go hand in hand. Vegas Cream $2.85, Blow Torch $2.85, Holy Cannoli $2.85, Triple OG $1.45, John Lemon $2.85, Plain n Simple $1.45. While I am not convinced all fillings are homemade, I am convinced this half dozen price is excessive. Perhaps ingredients have made this hype/increase necessary for a profit, but will the market sustain it. Standards and staples like old fashioned cake donuts, glazed, chocolate covered and creamed, apple fritters, eclairs, donut holes, sprinkles (candy, cinnamon, powdered sugar, brown sugar), French Crullers, glazed twists, bear claws, cinnamon rolled donuts. Service should be reserved until Pinkbox has all the kinks out and staff are comfortable enough with product so errors are few. The jury should stay out for awhile. Accessibility/hours. So much is the morning when you "gotta make the donuts". Freshness is key. Right out of the oven (where cooling isn't essential) is heaven. Just the smell of fresh donuts will (power of suggestion) lure purchasers that were just passing by. You might want to package that oder and push it through your vents. Availability...how long will donuts last each day? Do you discount end of day? Donate to homeless shelters? Send to local law enforcement offices, or fire stations? How involved are you with our community? Fundraising assistance to local teams, clubs, veterans, women's groups. Big donut holes to fill. Don't trust reviews any less than 5 stars! Haha These Donuts are the BEST! We're from STG but used to Live in Vegas. Biased? Maybe. If you want boring ol' regular donuts, Walmart is your best bet. People who can value an experience will not be disappointed in Pinkbox. Expensive? Not necessarily. The dozen we purchased fed a couple of families; we just shared 'em all up. It's Ya Birthday is always our favorite HANDS DOWN! Caramelo one is a jam. Golden knight is absolutely worth it. My wife's fave (besides the birthday one) is 'Sup Shorty (a lighter whipped cream center with strawberry filling in a perfectly glazed donut sandwich - Strawberry shortcake essentially). Soo good. What's up Doc, Apple pie filling one, all of them. Pinky was stacked with frosting, so if you don't love straight sugar like me don't get that one. Plenty of others to try and love. STG Please keep these guys in business. I hate when we get something different and amazing and then they are Dropped for the next fad. Work meetings, parties, family reunions, just get these donuts.
