Let me just say that I am NOT a doughnut fan. I don't like them nor do I crave them. A friend of mine raved about this place and I still didn't have the urge to try it. Until another friend of mine, who doesn't like doughnuts (like me) and any sugary type goodness, said he ate 4! Ok now if someone who can't stand sugary deliciousness had 4 doughnuts (not out of hunger), that's saying something! So I had to try it for myself. I got a mix of flavors. I can't remember them all. To my surprise, I actually liked it! I didn't try them all but the few that I did was delicious! There was a few I didn't care for. I still can't say I've been turned around from not liking doughnuts, but if I did have a craving for these, this is where I would get them. Thank goodness they are 24 hrs! read more

I love going to Pinkbox for breakfast when I am craving something sweet. My go to is Purple Rain which is basically an ube doughnut. I love ube so I am happy to see this as a part of Pinkbox. I also am a fan of the chocolate face cronuts. The doughnuts are not overly sweet and are very moist. They usually have every donut I want in stock when I visit in the morning. I use the Yelp checkin to get a free doughnut and it worked every time I tried it. read more

I moved to the Las Vegas area about 7 years ago, at this time is when I found Pinkbox. Upon walking in to there store the smell of the donuts was absolutely awesome! When walking up to the counter and seeing there donuts, I was floored!! Never have I seen donuts look so amazing, I couldn't wait to place my order, the problem I had was trying not to purchase everything in the store. After picking out about twice as many as I intended to buy, I couldn't wait to get home to try them. I was so excited about what I found I went directly to my neighbors and gave them a sample. They too had heard of this place but never tried. Now they have two more loyal customers. The donuts were absolutely the very best I have tried I highly recommend this place to everyone. If you're looking for the best doughnuts Pinkbox is the place! They have an awesome variety, service is always great and pricing is very fair. Their buttermilk bar is my absolute favorite. It's not like a normal doughnut but that's what makes it awesome! My boyfriend loves all of them and constantly raves about their stuffed and frosted doughnuts. read more

Your night crew is awful !!!! All they do is play around and don't attend to the customers . And the donuts have gotten so bad . I don't know what changed that this has happened. We visited Pinkbox on Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV earlier today and were welcomed in with smiles and assisted by Rachael S. She was very patient and helpful, as we were undecided as to which donuts we wanted to order. They have so many beautiful and creative masterpieces, it was hard to choose! We ended up with quite the assortment, from Pinkidy Pink Cheesecake, Crumb Bums, and a chocolate bomb to an adorable show off named Pooh! Each more delicious than the previous one... well, maybe because they were all so good! Unfortunately, they were out of a couple of others I would have loved to try. . Came in today and there was a huge line out the door with just one person helping customers. Yet, there were 3 other workers nearby that didn't step in to help. I felt really bad for the guy and saw he was doing his best. Doughnuts are hit or miss here. Several times they are oily and I'll be burping oil all night but when they actually use fresh oil the doughnuts are wonderful. This place could definitely use more consistency and have more people helping customers when there's a long line. read more

I used to come here daily for their coffee but after their customer service today I won't come back. Not only did they mess up my order but they gave me someone else's order. Then they wanted to charge me for both orders including the one I didn't even order. What kind of place wants to charge you for a order you didn't order? Initial appearance is fun! A lot of selection of fun looking donuts. But not a fan of the taste. There's other shops with better tasting donuts. These are cute though for little kids that like the funny designs and will eat anything sweet. We go somewhere else now even if it's a bit out of the way. read more

If you're having a donut craving, especially at 1am, this is the place to go. They were still churning out fresh donuts when I walked in, and the gal behind the counter gave excellent suggestions. Came here for some late night donuts. It was my first time here so it took me a while to choose from their wide variety of donut options. They have many donuts ranging from the classics, filled and to more modern influenced ones like the hot Cheeto donut. The "ube" donut has to be my favorite, it had a subtle taste of Ube and was not too sweet. The crunch on the outside definitely makes the donut. In terms of location, this place is easy to find and is open every day, 24hrs a day. Seating is very limited, about 5 chairs inside. Not recommended for large groups who want to hangout and eat their donuts on site. Overall, donuts were pretty average, the filled donuts were too sweet for my liking and the prices are a little higher than a traditional donut shop. But I guess you pay for the aesthetics and the IG photo. read more

This review is for this visit only on 03/31 at 2256. After waiting in line over 15 min for the three cars in front of me I ordered one donut (banana puddin). I was informed that they were out of several of their donuts and that was one of them. The employee did try to be helpful and asked if he could offer some suggestions from the ones they did have (only reason for the second star). This a 24 hour location, but since they were out of a product on their current menu I cannot provide a favorable review at this time. Worth the trip for sure, they are not lying you will want to eat the box!! Tried a bunch but the two that took the cake...or donut was the cocoa cocoa crispy chocolate and the strussel one(not sure official name!). Can't leave without a donut! Too funny! Get a bunch to share and just share with friends so you don't have to commit to just one! Our pink box looked liked a bunch of kids got into the chocolate box and had one bite of each! Went in on Easter day, The drive-through was closed. They had a great selection of donuts however they put the wrong donuts I asked for and I didn't think to check before I left. Please be more vigilant of your customers. Other than that the donuts are delicious very cute inside definitely my go to donut place! read more

So many options on doughnuts that everyday is a struggle on what I want to order! Doesn't help that when you order 6 or 12 doughnuts, there is a discount to go with it! The downside to Pinkbox is that their doughnuts can be quite expensive! read more

We love Pink Box and have been eating here for years. Today is the first time we tried the new drive thru on Eastern and it was a great experience! The new store is bright, clean, and beautiful with a manicured landscape throughout the drive thru. The menu screen is huge and shows pictures of all the donuts. Overwhelming in a good way, hard to choose from all the amazing donuts. The entire staff was so nice and so accommodating. Excellent customer service. Funny note for management, and will not deduct any stars because we've ALWAYS had consistent and delicious donuts from here: my maple old fashioned this morning tasted like curry LOL. Might want to check in with your bakers? Surely it was a one-off situation. Not to worry, we will always come back to Pink Box because they are by far and away the best donuts in Henderson!! read more

I am a connoisseur when it comes to donuts. Pinkbox never fails to deliver quality donuts 24/7. My family and I drove 30 minutes to the nearest pinkbox which happened to be this one and not my regular location on Fort and Tropicana. We came here in hopes of getting my family to try Da Apple Fritter and were informed that they were out so we got a dozen of various kinds. Da Apple fritter is hands down one of the best donuts I've ever had. The mixture of cinnamon and decadent texture on the outside while maintaining a soft and fresh apple interior. Second to the Apple fritter would be the Purple Rain. This donut is more of a cake texture with purple sugar on the outside. While ordering and deciding our dozen we were rudely interrupted by an employee by the name of Tim. Tim was among the 5-6 employees coming in & out without masks and congregating by the entrance to the kitchen at 9:21pm on the 3rd of January. The demeanor and tone used at my family and I was not appreciated nor the usual stellar service we get from Pinkbox. We will be back to try again but my preferred location is the Fort Apache And Tropicana location. Bottom line is the donuts are amazing and consistent but service can make or break your experience with a store and this location has lost a regular. read more

Yum! Good doughnuts! They are known for their cronuts (?) - croissant donut. These were good. They also have a nice variety of specialty doughnuts. I especially loved the "Shaka" doughnut....being from Hawaii, that's our iconic symbol of Aloha. :) I believe my sister told me this place is opened 24 hours. They're reasonably priced. They have almost like a tier-structured pricing. You start was a base price for a certain number of doughnuts, then you add so much for every upgraded or specialty kind of doughnut. We got an assortment in addition to the cronut holes (they were out of cronuts, so the holes were the next best thing). The doughnuts were good, but by the next day, they were pretty hard. Damn! This place is legit!!! Usually I'm not a huge fan of when donut shops try and do too many wild things with the donut I'm not a fan. However, pinkbox knows how to do it and do it right. The donuts are so well done and each one has a unique flavor. I really like the Vegas one and the s'mores donut. The filling is delicious and light which is nice for a filled donut. Ok. I'll start with the positives. The donuts were really creative! The cannoli one was delicious, and so was the porky one. Nothing wrong with the doughnuts. The service on the other hand... At first it wasn't that bad. Then we got back into the car only to realize our order was wrong. We were ordering a box of 6 doughnuts but the lady took our order down as seven. Not realizing that, we ordered 7 doughnuts. There were 6 doughnuts that we actually really wanted and 1 that we got as the 7th doughnut, thinking that it was the 6th. I know this could have been our fault for not paying attention but she was the one working there. (They had left out one of the doughnuts that we actually wanted). We then went back in to get the doughnut that we wanted. There was a guy there that "helped" us when we went back in. He sounded annoyed like we were wasting his time, despite the fact that this was his job. The guy seemed like he was trying to make it seem like it was our fault. Over all I would actually give this place 3 1/2 stars if I could because the doughnuts weren't bad. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I dropped in to grab donuts for my staff as they don't get PinkBox donuts too often because there isn't one in Pahrump. They love them when they do get them, as do I. I mean, there are so many yummy flavors to choose from. But when I got back to work, I realized I did not have the receipt (of which I needed). I reached out on the chat for PinkBox and explained my situation. At first, the agent said I could pop back in and ask to have the receipt printed out. I told them that was not an option since I was 50 miles away. The agent then asked for some information and was able to get the receipt to me through the chat so I could turn it in for my job. I was so relieved. They really came through!!! I love the customer service they provided! Yummy treats and awesome customer service...what more could you ask for? read more

Donut selections are pretty limited in Vegas. Thank goodness for this bakery. They have a large selection and are open late! The server was super nice and he was very helpful for a first-timer. I'm a fan of Boston creme and their version, the Vegas creme, was very good. My favorite was probably the one covered in chocolate pebbles. On February 19th, 2023 I was on my way home & spotted a new pinkbox donut shop w a drive thru window open 24 hours on eastern, so I decided to stop as I love their donuts! I get there @ 9:30 pm & ordered 1 glazed donut, & the girl says "I'm sorry, we're sold out of those & tried to offer me a different kind of glazed donut, but I didn't want that one, I wanted the big fluffy round ones & she said I'm sorry & I said cancel my order & drove on thru to leave! Your open 24 hrs & out of your main glazed donuts @ 9:30 pm, but yet your open 24 hours?? How does that happen?? You have no back up donuts on the racks behind you , & your just gonna tell customers your out of glazed donuts ?? I'm not impressed & that was bad business to be out of your biggest seller at 9:30 pm! I could see if it was 4 am & you said you were all sold out , but this was still early in the evening? If your open 24 hrs, then you should have plenty of back up donuts so this doesn't happen & lose business!! I think the store lacks management bc that should have never happened! And a suggestion ...the sugar twists? Please make those cinnamon/.sugar & not just all granulated sugar. All Pinkbox stores...please change that? that would be greatly appreciated!!
