You can never go wrong with the original tart at any froyo spot. The person who helped me gave me a lot of toppings, more than the usual I'm used to getting at Pinkberry at any other location. This spot is pretty quiet. The cookie dough bits and cheesecake bites tasted a bit stale in my opinion. This was not my first time here and won't be my last.
It has been a while since I've been to Pinkberry. I use to bring my daughter here when we were craving something sweet. The original flavor never disappoints and goes well with any topping you put on there so I just stick with the original. My go to toppings are mochi, kiwi, mango, cheesecake bites, the boba and to be fancy I'll add a waffle cone. My daughter on the other hand is the complete opposite and hers is just loaded with super sweet stuff. Great vibe inside and you can see everyone enjoying their Pinkberry.

Pinkberry has a new seasonal flavor Yuzu. It is so refreshing and tasty. A slight tart and tangy taste. The girls working were incredibly patient as we selected our toppings. The cashier also notified me that their rewards program changed so if you have not gone in a while make sure you download the app and create a new account to get your points. The only minor complaint I have is the scent inside the shop. It has a stagnant water scent that isn't appetizing. I actually noticed it this summer but assumed it was because the heat and shop were very busy. We normally do not sit down and eat inside but it is a drawback. Pro tip: sign up for email alerts periodically there are specials such as buy one get one free or half off your frozen yogurt.
Refreshly good just as I remembered. Best if you can seat outside during warm seasons to enjoy the sun, light breeze, and the leisure passerby. Fresh fruits for toppings, clean interior, excellent clam service.
Decent dessert spot. I would say the original yogurt here is creamy and balanced. However, I wish it was more of a self serve like how yogurt land is so you're not just restricted to one flavor. I would also prefer them to have the model of you being able to scoop the toppings you want since whatever they scoop may or may not be enough (and you're already paying extra for it). Also, i think they could also have more variety in the flavors. Personally, the yogurt is not bad, but it's more of giving the option to mix and mash yogurt to make the experience better.
This place is always our little dessert place. Love the frozen yogurt. The fruit is usually pretty good. Today the pineapple wasn't ripe and the raspberries were going bad. I stuck with the strawberries and a little granola. The staff was very nice and we sure enjoyed the stuff. My wife got an original in a sugar cone . She thought it was going to be small but it was huge and she had a hard time finishing it.
Pinkberry is an awesome yogurt spot. It's one of our daughters favorite places. I love how it smells when I walk in. There's not a big variety but it's enough. I recently tried the strawberry shortcake. It was really delicious and mouth watering. The strawberries were fresh, the crumbles gave it just the right crunchiness and flavor, the yogurt melted in my mouth. It hit the spot. The place was clean, not too crowded and the price was reasonable.
I like to come here after work as a small treat and it satisfies my sweet tooth. Employees are always friendly and they're always stocked up on everything, the shop is well-maintained and clean. The froyo (chocolate hazelnut) tastes the same every time I get it, so quality is consistent. I like how they keep the line against the wall and the seating area on the side, with two clear paths (enter, and exit), instead of making the line go down the middle of the store or having seats in random spots. It's very neat and prevents unnecessary clusters of people bumping into each other.
Always love coming here. My friends enjoy the original tart flavor, but personally I like the taste and flavor of the pomegranate best. They charge by size of cup, not weight, so you don't have to worry when you get a lot of heavier toppings like mochi.
The interior is clean and bright. Samples are provided upon request. They offer only six flavors at a time, mostly tart and 1-2 creamy flavors. The toppings include a good variety of mochi, cheesecake, fruit, brownies, nuts, and more. You are allowed four toppings for your yogurt. The nuts are kept separate from the other toppings, making it safer for those with allergies. The major downside is the price. The small size costs $7 and doesn't offer much ice cream. You can find much more ice cream of the same or better quality elsewhere. They do have a rewards program offering free ice cream on your birthday, which is the only time I would consider going.
I came here with some friends for a small dessert after a large dinner! There were several people funneling in and out as we enjoyed our Pinkberry in the shop. There was plenty of seating available, but most people took their fro-yo to go. I tried a mini size of their chocolate hazelnut froyo. The flavor was rich but I didn't quite taste the nuttiness. It was still creamy and smooth, and it paired well with the different toppings including popping boba, cookie dough, mochi, and M&Ms. Service was friendly during the holiday weekend! read more

Employees are always kind. We love to come here all year, it is our favorite sweet treat. Lately, we have been getting froyo but it has a huge gap in the middle. It feels like we aren't getting what we paid for. If the sizes were more consistent it would be five stars!! read more

I used to come to Pinkberry all the time because prices were decent for the amount of yogurt given. They've become so stingy now it is unbelievable. Almost $8 for a small and they can't even fill the full bottom of the cup? Unacceptable and I'm definitely never coming back. read more

Haven't been here in awhile but pumpkin is back in season and I am a fan of pumpkin froyo! The yogurt was just as tasty as I remembered. I didn't give it 5 stars because the ambiance is dark (dimly lit) and in need of a good cleaning. I think more people would visit if they sharpened up the environment. read more

I love Pinkberry! I like to try new flavors but I always go for the original and pomegranate flavors. For toppings I love the fresh fruit toppings and dark chocolate crisps. It's really a refreshing dessert that feels somewhat healthy. I think the service is pretty good and I like that they are open somewhat late (after 9:00pm) on most nights. read more

I've visited this location a few times and had no complaints so I knew it would be the best spot to bring my friend. I got the dairy free mango and she had the pomegranate! Each of our desserts were refreshing and tasty! I love this location! read more
I absolutely love this place. I'm from out of state and every time I visit my family in Elk Grove, I have to get it before I leave since we don't have it in AZ! I used to think the idea of not self serve yogurt was stupid and I didn't understand why the price was a little on the higher end but now I get it. Their quality of yogurt is super fresh and tasty! And then the toppings are not old or hard. You first choose your size and pick a flavor. Like every yogurt place they switch out their flavors seasonally. I normally get the original and pomegranate swirl but this time I saw their Peach Passion flavor. If its not in the same machine then you get the flavors side by side but if they are in the same machine you can get them swirled. I usually pick a small, you get two base toppings. I got the mini mochi and fresh strawberries make. Then you can get additional toppings. I picked the mini brownie bites and the chocolate crunch bites which was additional ($0.50). My cousin was getting a medium and I guess they are now doing happy hour Monday-Friday from 3-6pm that if you get a medium size you get one free small yogurt as well. But then my other cousin got yogurt as well in a small size so we had a paper coupon that was 20% off entire purchase so we did that instead. Overall I think the price varies what you get. But love the richness in their yogurt and their inside is nice. Always a must come when I visit. read more
Love love the flavors and love the tartness of the yogurt here! I like that they do not allow self serve here but come on they can be a bit more generous with the servings. If you want toppings u can add up to 4 toppings for a buck more. I always go without toppings, but of course the little ones get everything lol. I normally don't write bad reviews unless I feel necessary because I wanted people to have a chance to fix the problem. I understand every business is going through the rough time after the covid pandemic, but come on! This is unacceptable when the price is already raised up! I ordered 4 Take Homes today (in-store), I paid ahead with cash, then tipped and pateince waiting for the 2 guys to finish the order. Because they were busy, I didn't want to rush them as letting the other guy serve the customers behind me. However, they were having issue with my orders, and they kept looking at me. (I totally don't know why during that time) So when I got home and after shower, I finally scooped some out and enjoy (as I thought because I've been craving), but I guess it is my bad day, the first take out of all the 4, I opened the one with 1/4 loss lol. So I decided to open the other 3 and checked. Yeah... there is 1 more that less than as usual. I did look if they were going to weigh, but they did not. This place used to be our favorite date place and take home orders. But recently, from the last 2 orders, we had a very bad experience. So, I guess this is the last time we are going here. Pinkberry is located in the Laguna Crossroad Shopping Center between Noodles and Company and Verizon. I came in around 6:00 PM on a Tuesday. We came in today to retrieve my free birthday yogurt (sign up for their rewards card). The employee that helped me was very nice and polite. He let us try their new flavor, Kiwi Strawberry. My daughter and I both loved it and decided to share a small of that flavor. While choosing the toppings, my daughter wanted the milk chocolate crispies and the employee told us that it was an extra $0.50 so we decided not to get that. She then decided she wanted Nutella which the employee also stated it was $0.50 extra but they both did not have signs on them stating this. He then informed us that those were the only two toppings that cost extra. When we went up to pay, the employee asked if I had a rewards card. I gave him my number and then he states you have a free birthday yogurt, would you like to use that today? It was nice that I didn't have to show him my coupon through my email. Overall, they don't have several flavors or several toppings. The yogurt itself was pretty good and the fruits looked and tasted fresh.
