The clerk responded, "I need to take their money first." We explained that we were with her and that she had already waited while those customers were helped. The line could have continued growing and we would never actually be helped. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told to step aside again and wait another 10 minutes. The way we were spoken to was extremely disrespectful, especially toward my mom. We came ready to place a large catering order and were prepared to spend hundreds of dollars for our son's first birthday.
