My niece opening her arrangement she's so excited!
jamie a.

I had cupcakes and balloons delivered for my nieces 8th birthday and it couldn't have been delivered at a more perfect time! A little after 2pm, so it was waiting for her right when she got home from school! She loved it! It was perfect! Thank you for helping me show her how special she really is

Chocolate covered fruit box Apples / bananas / strawberries
Marichris P.

Ordered online for my parents anniversary We got them the chocolate covered fruit box They loved it. The bananas were a little brown and discolored when you bit into them which is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. Probably wouldn't order the bananas again but the apples and strawberries were a hit!

Burnt! Someone boxed this up to send to my best friend on his birthday is crazy! You really need to reconsider your quality standards.

My Sister loved her gift thanks for making her day special.

TIffany has helped with several different orders and made them seemless. This is what customer service looks. Thank you Tiffany, you are amazing at what you do.

Flowers you guys delivered were not fresh, they looked few days old. I watered the flowers right away thinking they will perk up, but didn't. I was not expecting this kind of service. Very disappointed

Baby themed Edible arrangement for gender reveal with pink and blue choco dipped strawberries

Due to some circumstances I had to place an order last minute for a gender reveal party gift for my brother and sister in law. This place was the only one to be able to pull off something so gorgeous and thoughtful with the absolute worst time frame. When I called and explained what I needed and what was going on, I took up so much of Biancas time on the phone but not once did she make me feel the need to rush, she was kind and professional and had a good vision altering what they have to fit my needs. I am so happy with what they delivered, delivery fee was cheap and they delivered within the timeframe that we asked for, again- so last minute. But they followed through like it was planned. The fruit was fresh, the food was good, it looked so gorgeous and it meant a lot to my family to have a gift like this delivered. This place is seriously the best. Big thank you to Bianca and all the staff members who were behind the scenes pulling off this moment for us. I appreciate you all so much. Will definitely be returning here for future arrangements should the need arise. Good pricing, beautiful arrangements. Great experience overall. God bless (one photo is after being pecked at- no kale showing originally!)

I am writing this delayed review due to being out of town for work after order was placed last month. "Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Placed an order on May 6th to be delivered May 10th. I called a few days before to say I changed my mind and I'll pick it up instead thinking it would not only make it easier for the store but for myself as well so I can verify my order is correct. I was supposed to pick up at 1:30 pm and received an email around 10 am saying my order was ready for pick up then another email briefly after saying my order had been picked up. I called the store to say I never picked it up so I wasn't sure what was going on. They admitted they might've mixed my order up with someone else's but that it would still be ready at 1:30 (assuming they were going to start a new one). I arrived at 1:25 and they were looking for my order like if we didn't just speak on the phone. I said I called ahead of time and they said it would be ready. It should be noted that I had 2 Mother's Day celebration arrangements with add ons of chocolate dipped fruit (bananas, apples, pineapples). After waiting too long, i said I would like to speak to a manager and instead they said it would be out shortly. I said I was no longer interested in the order as it had caused a huge inconvenience to my schedule. (My kids were getting out of school at 2 and my mom was was leaving out of town after she got out of work). They came out around 2:15 and said my order was ready. After waiting approximately 50 minutes they came out with only one arrangement. I said "what's this? Where's my complete order?" And the lady at the register looked at me like what do you mean and I said I had 2 not just 1 orders and she had a shocked facial expression I said "I know it's not your fault but are you serious? I told you guys my order when I arrived" and they shook it off as if it was okay to make me wait another 30 min to make another order again also not with the add ons that I paid for (extra chocolate dipped fruit). I asked the speak to the manager multiple times and asked for a refund and to just cancel my order but they kept brushing me off to the side. This was the worst Mother's Day gift and a waste of time for me and my family aside with having had paid OVER $100 for this just for my mom to tell me that the fruit tasted rancid. I will never be going to this place again and I highly do not recommend their service as well as how they treat their customers.

Rotten stem and dead flowers.
Jim X.

Very disappointed!! Ordered a $80 large birthday fruit basket for my wife's 34th birthday and the size came out looking like the $60 small option instead. Some of the strawberries looked deformed and irregular. Heck, I can find better looking strawberries at my local grocery store for cheap. They also gave me the ugliest green vase that was probably left over from St. Patrick's Day or something. I would much prefer a red vase similar to that of for Valentine's Day or something more of a romantic color. Even worst, I've decided to upgrade my order with a $40 bouquet of flowers and am most disappointed. The flowers looked at least a week old and already dying. Upon closer inspection, some of the flowers were moldy and some flowers fell right off their stem. For $40, I should have went to the local flower shop instead, and get a nice fresh bouquet of roses for my wife. Instead, I paid $40 for a downgrade. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements from the Natomas location twice for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day and was not disappointed. However, the Elk Grove location failed to deliver quality and doesn't stand by their products. I don't know how Edible Arrangements (Elk Grove) have the courage to deliver less than mediocre products. I would rather they call me early and tell me they're unable to fulfill my flower request (due to flowers not being fresh) and issue a refund for that portion. That'll give me time to look for flowers elsewhere. Learn from my mistake and skip the $40 bouquet upgrade. It's a money grab for crappy dead flowers. Heck, avoid the Elk Grove location altogether. Edible Arrangements should stick to what they're good at, which is making fruit baskets and remove the option of offering flowers that should be done by an actual florist.

Liz was super sweet. She delivered my order in a timely manner and wished me a happy birthday! She was so determined to make sure that she got the correct address and was very polite!

Liz was an awesome person. We did not hear the ring doorbell going off, because we were enjoying the California sun in the backyard. She called and text us . I really love the fresh fruits and chocolates.

There is an annual butterfly event when the butterflies migrate and stop by the Secret Garden's many passionfruit vines. During their summer events, there's rotating vendors. Once I had made my purchase I decided I wanted to really be immersed in the space and in one of my pictures you can see that I got a iced coffee with a blueberry scone. Both of the food items were perfect. The coffee had an amazing taste to it and the scone was unbelievably like perfectly buttery and not overly run by sugar even though it had sugar on it it just was perfectly balanced. The thing that I really enjoyed about this bookstore though was that it made me feel safe. I am part of the lgbtq+ community and being there made my soul and heart happy. I was surrounded by my community and I could tell just how happy they were. There was a group of folks in the middle tables starting to get ready for a small event it look like an art drawing event. The way they talked with each other and just the smiles they had on their faces made me smile so big. This place is a true gem within the area and if you ever have a chance to come in here to just be in a space of warm and belonging please do. And like I said the food they provide is super tasty and they have an array of selections regarding books and they can even order stuff online for you if they don't have it for pick up later. Hands down really really love this place.

Well you can imagine my happiness while at a Yelp event in Oak Park I saw next door there was an amazing looking nursery-I just knew I would have to make a return visit-well when I finally had the time,we headed to The Plant Foundry located at 3500 Broadway in Oak Park. This place is so cute-I haven't been to a ton of nurseries as I've generally picked up my cactus plants at random spots like a midtown market or a Trader Joe's or as gifts from people but I will say this was one of the cuter nurseries I've been to. When we arrived I walked around a bit to check out what they had to offer-what was in season and wondering where the cactus plants were. I liked this little sign they had in the middle of their nursery which advised everyone what was in season and what should be planted at this time of year-for a newbie green thumb person like myself-information like that is very helpful. After walking around a bit I decided on the cutest little cactus to add to my collection at home and it cost me $7.99,so cheap and my daughter decided to get a snow peas plant($7.49). In closing-if you ever find yourself in the Oak Park area and want to check out the cutest little nursery-I would 100% recommend The Plant Foundry for all your gardening needs-they have a really awesome business running out there-I like em and will be back.
