The service here is incredible! We ordered flowers for my sister today. The lady was so kind and helpful. They have a cupcake shop like pop or something in the front of the shop. We asked if they're affiliated and would deliver cupcakes with the flowers and she said she would be willing to deliver for us too! Needed funeral flowers for the family and they were supposed to be there by a certain time. Half was delivered on time but not the other half. The delivery time was missed by 1-2 hours and my mom was very upset. My suggestion would be the following: 1. In the future I would ask the flowers to be there the night before but for the florist, make sure you have enough help to make the deadline. I know sometimes unexpected things come up but best to have things done earlier to avoid that for something so important. Luckily it wasn't a large public funeral or we would have been even more upset. 2. Got a call when flowers were to be delivered that owner was missing some writing for one of the banners. As an owner I would have called no later than the day before for the information. Hope this feedback helps to avoid this happening to someone else. The flowers were lovely though. read more

I was looking for last minute florists to make an arrangement for my aunt's funeral/memorial service. The service was for the next day at 1pm. Friday afternoon, I called Cam to inquire about last minute order and she was very willing to help and understood the stress that I was going through. I felt bad because I had to tell Cam I was going with another florist from facebook marketplace. She was still very nice about it and even gave her condolences. The next day (day of service) comes at around 11am, FB marketplace florists tells me there has been a misunderstanding with delivery address. She lived in Rancho Cucamanga (6 hrs away) and service is in Rancho Cordova. I called Cam right away and asked if there was anyway she could help me. She was in the process of delivering other orders buy assured me she would do everything in her powers to help me. I met her at the shop, she went above and beyond and was able to pull off a flower arrangement for the service in the nick of time. She even just let me out of the floral shop without paying yet and the price is reasonable and said to pay her later so that I could make it in time for the service before it started. Words are not enough to say how grateful I was and how amazing the experience I have had with Cam amidst the situations. My Experience: As I enter the shop Cam comes out and greets me and automatically ask what I am looking for. I said I needed white flowers and got my phone to show her what my mom specifically want. She pointed out what type of flowers they were and went to check if she had them. She came out and said she had all of them and procceed to get them out for me to see them and pick which ones I want. As I wasnt really sure how much I needed yet, she was able to calculate my total of the flowers I was sure about. We sat down and did calculations and I procceed to buy the extra flowers I needed. She gave me tips and suggested me to follow up with her on facebook for some classes she is going to start. Overall: I was so greatful that she was able to provide me my flowers at such little time. Great customer service! Flowers were fresh. She makes sure you get the right, the freshes and the best looking flowers for your event. The price are reasonable and cheap for I had 100 dollar budget. I was able to walk out with 36 dollar left for the amount I bought in the picture. I would reconmend this palce for your flowers. Special Tip: You are able to contact her by cell and see if she have the flowers you need.
