Well, tickle me pink, I got me the ($7, 16oz) Signature Pink Star drink! Girlie, feminine, yet vibrant and delicious!

Well, tickle me pink, I got me the (16oz) Signature Pink Star drink, hehe! A "latte" thanks to the sweet ladies inside the mobile Pink Star Café for making me this delicious drink via a Yelp Elite Perk! Parking: Street metered parking all around. Pink Star Café is located right in front of BAIT Shop, but you can't miss that adorable Baby Blue and Pink colored mobile Pink Star Café! 12oz $6.25 16 oz $7.00 Girlie, feminine, yet vibrant and delicious! This iced cold, nutty, 16oz Praline Latte (mixed with two different colored antioxidant milks) is just what I needed to get those bright-eyed and bushy-tailed vibes, lol! COVID-19 Safety Procedures: As of June 15, 2021, California has opened up and masks are no longer required as long as you're vaccinated, but you still have the option of continuing to wear one if you want to (I still wore mines). However, for those who not vaccinated, masks are still required. In front of Pink Star Café, there's hand sanitizer. Since I was the only one there, I didn't have to worry about social distancing or the line getting too crowded. Both gals didn't wear their masks and I didn't mind. Service: The two gals in there were super sweet and friendly. After showing my email, the blonde haired barista (didn't catch her name) quickly got to work on making my drink, while Crystal (the one with the pink hair, name noted from previous reviews) checked me off the list, chit-chatted with me (about the weather and the malfunctions that occurred the day before) and afterwards, gave me my Elite Perk schwag along with my drink. Service was super friendly, quick and efficient! In and out within less than 15 mins. Overall, my experience here at Pink Star Café was delightful! I got to enjoy a delicious Signature Pink Star drink and look forward to trying them out again. A "latte" thanks again to the sweet ladies of Pink Star Café!

The most perrrrrfect beverage truck to order from on a hot day in LA! I decided to order the cold Strawberry Matcha. This was soooo good! My drink was nice and cold with ice, and evenly sweetened altogether! The matcha tasted so fresh and brewed beautifully, as well as the creamy strawberry at the end of the drink! WOW! First time trying this and it definitely won't be my last time. I love how layered the beverage appeared and tasted like I was on an island somewhere. No kidding. This drink is beyond flavorful and made with such hearty flavors. This beverage truck is a MUST TRY!

Drinks (5/5): Just wow! I got their Pink Star drink and I have fallen in LOVE! Not only is it beautiful unmixed, it actually tastes really delicious. I was skeptical of the praline taste because I'm more of a mocha drinker, but it actually gave me energy, and the taste was sweet. I love that when you mix the drink, the color turns into a concrete gray. It's so unique so make sure to record the video before mixing! Service (4/5): I had to give the service a point off, unfortunately. When I came, I came during "opening" hours for their Yelp Elite event. They did not start on time and said they wouldn't be open for another hour because the barista wasn't there yet. So, I left and came back an hour later, happy to see everything was finally running, however, a ton of things were missing from the menu: no pastries, no large cups, and certain drinks weren't available. I was also supposed to get a shot glass with the Yelp promotion but didn't receive it. I'd have to say, the barista was so genuine and kind - for some people it wouldn't be enough to write a good review, but I want to give this woman some grace. For one, Pink Star is Black-owned and Black businesses need all the love they get. Second, the business is being built through a pandemic that is finally starting to disperse and I would imagine as a first time owner, it isn't easy for everyone. Price (4/5): Slightly above average price for coffee, but I think it's worth it because of its mission to alleviate devastation in Africa. Ambiance (n.a): It's a coffee van on the move! Spot the blue and pink van. Such a great location for a start-up street vendor. It's the perfect place to grab a coffee and take a walk around Melrose. For those who are maybe new to L.A. or tourists, this is a great spot to spend your day, especially if you want to splurge on some new clothes or do some window shopping with a delicious drink in hand.

We visited the place on a weekday and damn was it crowded. Parking is a joke. Their is metered parking on the street, which always seems to be in use as there are cafeteria and restaurants all along the street. The truck is parked in an area which highly smells of weed. Its a very cute truck, highlighting colors of blue and pink. Unique and different menu. The vegan drinks were good for a change. We ordered their:- A Latte Love:- We had the latte drink with Almond milk. It was ok ok. I am sure someone who has got a knack of it with non dairy milk will find it nice. Pink Star:- This is one of their hot selling drinks and we ordered that. It looked gorgeous. It tasted amazing with all the antioxidant milk. Do try this one. We came here in part of the yelp elite week and in that we get an email from the app with all the necessary information along with which it says that we have to show this to the server and all. We were in line, the customer ahead of us was an elite yelper as well and the server was like "Nah, your good I don't need to see the email", I was like ok nice, come my turn she specially asked me to show the email and all, why all that difference in attending different customers?. That's the reason for the missing Stars.

Spotted this place while walking home and decided to try it out! Did a quick Yelp peek and saw good reviews too. Located near the fashion centre of pentagon city, they have a wide variety of coffee and non-caffeinated drinks. They had a fall menu so I decided to try an iced pumpkin pie latte with oat milk. The guy was really nice and also offered a 10% discount since I live in the area. My drink was delicious! I hope to catch them more often so I can try more.

I put the address in Waze and was so confused when it looked closed, but did a 180 and I spotted the blue food truck. They had a lot to choose from, but with it being so hot I wanted a cold lemonade. I chose the strawberry pink dragonfruit and I'm glad I did. It's sweet with a hint of tart and it's so refreshing. I probably finished half my drink on the way back to my car. The other drink (something blue spirulina) was not as good to me.

Came at 10am on a Friday and was rudely told by the worker that they arent open yet.... but their hours of operation say they open at 9:30am (lol?). Came during work hours so I had to leave without getting anything... still not open at 10:10am. What a waste of a trip! Took 20 mins to drive out here to check this place out smh. Definitely would not waste your time coming here. There's better coffee and service in LA for sure. Update: came back after and the people working around 4pm were friendly! Drink looked very cool and the shot glass was cool. :)

Very smooth tasting coffee!!! I got the Pink star drink it was not too sweet or bitter. I loved it. Costumer service was 10/10!!

I decided to check this place out because I got an ad for them on Instagram. I got their classic drink and holy $&?! it was amazing. I can't wait to return. The drinks are the exact right level of sweetness, the coffee is GREAT, the service is excellent... I just cannot rec this place enough. Def a place I'll take all my out of town friends when they visit.

We sat at the bar top and got to watch our barista prepare each drink. She was so nice and knowledgeable about the whole menu and had a lot of information to share, but she also gave my us time to sip our drinks and discuss them amongst ourselves. It was a great balance of being able to have an interactive experience with the barista but also being able to casually enjoy our afternoon espressos quietly with each other. Your final drink of choice is served in a larger size and given to-go, so you can continue having your treat even after the experience wraps up. The drinks themselves were so unique and wildly different from one another. I was initially pretty skeptical about an espresso with lemon and peach but it ended up being my favorite one. My only complaint is their base espresso on it's own was one of the more bitter ones I have tried, but mixed into their drinks it was great. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly. I had such a fun time, no part of it felt rushed, I thoroughly enjoyed every part. They even have the option to make the drinks from the Omakase menu decaf if you're trying to limit your caffeine, which is a really nice touch. I will definitely be back!

It is relatively new and located across the street from the Starbucks here in Virginia Square. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I customized it by adding dark chocolate which paired well and heighten the flavor profile. The coffee itself was bold, strong, just like I like it and overall not too sweet.
