To…read morestart the event we just went to was loosely planned and terrible organized in terms of travel coordination. We paid for a private transport and ended up on a shuttle with 5 people. Clearly if you have something in writing from the travel agent in another country it means nothing to them telling me she is not good for her word and she has no pull in the market. The wedding was fantastic but the lack of communication and responsiveness was downright shameful. How do you leave the country and have no coverage after take thousands of dollars from someone? I am very worried for anyone who would ever consider spending money with Quintess Travels. Use Expedia before giving a cut to a proprietor who has lost all connection with reality and does not make herself available. Other parties at the wedding shared the same views and sadly no reviews were up prior to serve as a warning to others hence why I'm here yelping today. Since this is not a reputable company I will end the review how I started BEWARE!

We had some issues with 2 tours that we booked through Ride the Wave and Jim was fast to respond and assist. One of the tours we ended up having to cancel due to scheduling issues. I reached out to Jim to let him know and he worked on getting the refund process started right away and I received a confirmation email from the tour vendor the same day. We're now just waiting for it to get credited back to our card. The peace of mind of our trip being taken care of by professionals is invaluable. I can't recommend enough going through a travel agency for big trips because you just never know what could happen. Ride the Wave is as good as they come and I'm looking forward to using their services again for our next big trip!

My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.
