Pink Little Cake will be our "go to" cake and specialty dessert baker! We needed a wedding cake for our wedding luncheon on fairly short notice and over the Easter holiday weekend as well. We wanted something very special and beautifully decorated and since we're not from the Princeton area we found Kathia's website and were blown away by her designs and reached out to her. Kathia was very responsive to our email messsges and worked with us to make our final cake decorating decisions, she also delivered our cake on time for a small delivery fee to our venue at Palmer Square. The cake was beautiful, simple and elegant just as we wanted and actually matched our flowers and was most importantly DELICIOUS! The vanilla cake and fruit filling flavors were perfectly balanced, the icing wasn't too sweet and the texture was nice for both the cake and icing and didn't overpower the strawberry fruit filling. We would highly recommend Kathia,s Pink Little Cake bakery for a special occasion! Thank you very much!

Kathia provided an extremely personalized service to make sure the custom cake was made to perfection. She constantly kept in touch with us till the time of delivery and the final product looked out of the world. She paid attention to the minute details. The cake was for my sister who is a fellow Yelper & a foodie. The recreation of the Yelp logo is for you to see :) Now for the taste and flavor of the cake. The vanilla bean cake with dulce de leche filling & buttercream was yummy. Perfectly flavored and everyone loved it. Highly recommend Pink Little Cake if you have a custom cake need. Kathia will ensure she exceeds your expectations. Pricing is moderate for custom cakes. Will I return : Absolutely!

Local cake shops run by individuals such as Kathia is a must have for every community. Such a great find by my husband who looked up several places on Google and zeroed in on Pink Little Cake. He planned the details of the cake working with Kathia who owns the shop. Few of my favorites bundled in a cute pink cake that screamed beauty & elegance . The perfect Yelp logo with the Soup, Noodles & kebabs below , The eclectic High tea setup on top of the cake representing my love for the Royal family & the Brit High tea parties . The fondant creations of the little teapot , macaroons, Yelp logo et all , the selection of colors , perfect balance of sweetness...: , this vanilla bean cake with a vanilla butter cream frosting and a Dulce de leche filing was not just eye candy but an irresistible cake , that it made it hard for everyone to put the fork down . Kathia worked with so much earnestness in a short period of time , to understand my husbands requirements , bouncing off ideas and design for the cake , working into the weekend through her family challenges to make this custom cake plan a reality for my Birthday . It was one of the best cakes I have had in a while . My family couldn't stop taking about how pretty and tasty the cake was and they would consider ordering their next cake from Pink Little Cake. We shared the cake with couple of our fellow diners at dinner who said that they loved the cake better than the dessert from the restaurant ! Thank you Kathia for making my birthday so so special . Please try Pink Little Cake for your next event , celebration. I highly recommend Kathia and her cake Studio .

Kathia was so easy to work with and designed and baked a beautiful and tasty cake. I highly recommend her for all of your baking needs. Her creativity and attention to detail is amazing!!

If I could give pink little cake 100 starts I would. Kathia was amazing and so sweet. She responded so quickly and everything was done perfectly. I had one vegan guest and Kathia was kind enough to make special cookies for her. The treats were delicious and my guests raved about them. I would recommend her 1000 percent and I will forever be a customer. Jenny L.

    Vegan wedding cake with topper

Kathia did an amazing job making the cake for our wedding this June! We did an entirely vegan wedding menu, and we also wanted to do a vegan cake, which Kathia was able to accommodate. She even provided vegan, gluten-free cupcakes for the guests who needed a gluten-free option. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious--we got so many rave reviews on it, and nobody could believe that it was vegan! Kathia was so helpful and responsive, and she even helped us find the cake topper that we wanted. The price was very reasonable, too. Would definitely recommend Pink Little Cake!

Overall pleasant. I actually preferred the chocolate one, though- the chocolate filling was dark and rich, and there was a good amount of it inside the croissant. The croissant dough had layers, although it seems like they had somewhat collapsed- it might be because I ate them some time after they had been baked, but unsure. It did not feel condensed or too chewy, though. I wasn't the one who ordered them, so can't speak much about the service. I have passed by the storefront before, and it looks small, more of a takeout vibe than a sit down and chat cafe.

Coffee was great - had a hot latte which was very sold. The breakfast sandwich on English muffin was very good too. Of course, they've got lots of little pies and other desserts. The Dinky cake donut creation we ordered was delicious, but you'll need to be a fan of cream cheese to enjoy the filling. It was lively when we were there and is obviously a local favorite. The seating is minimal inside, but has some tables for small and large groups (just not many). We'll definitely come back in the future.

At first, walking in gave me a wave of nostalgia because it reminded me of the Olives I used to visit in New York City. While it's not the same restaurant, this one absolutely stands on its own. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and my husband had a kale salad loaded with vegetables and all kinds of good things like pecans, carrots, red cabbage, chick peas and more...he loved it. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell the quality of the ingredients was a priority. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for how good the food was. We took our meals to go and walked down the street to a picnic table, which made for a perfect, relaxed lunch in Princeton. Great food, great value, and a spot I'd happily return to. There were also some really good desserts to pick from as well, but I passed them up. Pro tip... there can be a line to order your food during busy times of the day.

Honestly, after having this now, I would have waited in all of those lines. Texture-- great. Firm, but still soft enough to scoop and eat without chew. Vanilla flavor was amazing and chocolate too. I usually establish a baseline on those flavors first-- and Bent Spoon knocked it out of the park. Staff here are pretty helpful despite the limited space here in the store. They were quick to serve samples, and get me helped. Not a lot of space in the store itself to linger, although there are some green spaces and benches across the street. If you'd like to eat it indoors you'll probably find yourself fighting others trying to do the same. Otherwise, plan on crowds during any evening, and all weekend. If you find a line, send one representative to wait, go walk around the area or the Princeton campus, and then come back. It's well worth the wait.
