Moist, delicious, creative, beautiful! The inside layers were all rainbow-colored, each with a corresponding layer of flavor to go with it. For example, the red layer had strawberries and the yellow had lemon curd. At the end of the night, we even scavenged the leftover crumbs when all of the cake had been cut because throwing them away seemed like such a waste of something so amazing.
