You can pretty much kiss your deposit goodbye even if you clean the place like spic and span. Unless you hire professional services and provide receipts for the services like (carpet cleaning, Window cleaning and mini blind cleaning) which will end up costing you your deposit anyway, you might as well hand it to them and forget about it. I cleaned the place and shampooed the carpet twice and left it actually in better condition that they gave it to my poor elderly mom (76) who is clean freak herself. The office manager still deducted over $200 for cleaning because I did it myself and didn't provide a professional service with receipts. BE AWARE! That is what I call a total rip off especially when she knew we left the place cleaner than we had it when my mom moved in...Office Manage is NOT easy to work with at ALL and NOT flexible at all. She is hard to get a hold of too. try to go during business hours (that posted on the door) and see if you can find her there...

I did have some issues with one particular neighbor, and Jen (manager) always handled things with professionalism and care. I love all the people who live here, and I especially adore the dog friendly atmosphere! It's a great place to take walks with my children, ride bikes with the kids, walk your dog, lounge at the beautiful pool or just hang out in your backyard patio. Management here is exceptionally caring and accommodating, and I think this is one of the most important aspects of living in a comfortable, safe and peaceful complex.

FOOD: N/A SERVICE: 1…read moreAMBIANCE: N/A VALUE: 1 We inherited this property management company when we inherited a residential property. Unfortunately, we discovered that they have not been performing their duties for many years. And one of their assistant even told us that they have not made any property visits for years even though their management contract calls for yearly visits. We have suspected that they have some type of "relationship" with the current tenant. They did not report to us that the tenant was running an auto repair facility, a dune buggy track and a marijuana grow farm on the property. We only found out when we received a citation from the county! Sutherland does not communicate at all. Everything is done through text or email and they sometimes do not reply for days. They never pick up the phone. Do not under any circumstances hire them. You will regret it.

They took my call, answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. The process was so easy, I really don't know how it could've gone any better. Not only were they very good at their jobs, they were personable people. I didn't feel like I was working with robots. And when we made it all official, Devon sent the nicest message, only furthering my satisfaction and making me feel warmly welcomed into my new community. Thank you, Devon and Craig! Keep up the good work!!

Do NOT rent from Collins Property Management. Their agents are dishonest, lack integrity, and the…read moreowner doesn't seem to care. I reached out to them minutes after they listed a rental on Chief Kelly Drive, and followed their application policies. Showing agent Leslie Robbins called me the following morning to let me know I was first in line and would have the first opportunity to see the rental and apply. She also stated that Sunday would be the first opportunity to see it. When I arrived for the appointment on Sunday, Leslie informed me that someone else had already submitted an application. I questioned her multiple times about how it was possible that someone else had already applied when she told me I was first in line and she responded that they just got a new application system and that somehow someone was able to submit an application and they can only process one application at a time, so if that person is approved then the rental is theirs. I called the office and spoke with owner Craig Adachi. I explained the situation and he said he would speak with Leslie to get her take on the situation. He called me back two days later after I'd left another voicemail message. He said Leslie told him that I was second in line and that she showed the property to this other individual on Friday because they were first in line. I again explained to Craig that Leslie told me I was first in line for this property and he said that it was my word against hers and that he believes her. I suppose it is her word against mine. Leslie lied to me and lied to the company's owner. She cheated the system (I'm sure for a friend). How can anyone trust a company like this? I can almost guarantee that I am a more qualified renter than this other individual, so their client (the homeowner) also loses out. What a terrible way to do business. I'm disheartened by the way this was handled, and a bit disappointed in humanity.
