They raise the rent every few months…read more Cheaper apartments in the area have laundry in the apartment; Parkview makes you pay to use a laundromat on-site, and at any time, one of the three dryers are out of service. Apartment manager makes promises on move-in and does not keep them (laundromat will stay locked, parking spaces are not marked with apartment numbers, etc). Parking is extremely limited, and even though maintenance is only there two days a week, you will be towed for parking in the meintenance spot.

The property is located one block from an elementary school and about 3-4 blocks from downtown. Small pets are allowed. The residents are very friendly. A playground/picnic area is available for daily use or for family gatherings or celebrations by reservation. It is a non-smoking facility. Apartments are two or three bedroom, some with washer and dryer area although there is a laundromat on premises. Rents are competitive for the area. This is a well .maintained and desirable facility.

He shared credit information with another tenant and accused me of manipulating my credit report. All if his opinions and remarks were a personal attack. He has not given me a copy of my credit report or a receipt for my $35.00 credit check. But, did tell another tenant he would not rent to me, never told me. Never called me or contacted me to say "no". He yelled at me when I tried to speak on the phone to him which produced nothing relevant. To say the least he is in a position of power and used his power to perform a personal attack. I would not give Vic personal information because he shares it and I believe my personal information was breached due to this man's unprofessional ethics and personal attacks. He is not ADA compliant and leaves his parking lot dangerously dirty with thousands of apples to trip over and generally a very unsafe parking lot for handicap people. Please be very careful sharing any information with Vic. He does not understand the laws pertaining to private information sharing and does not respect the law. his way of business needs to be addressed. He is very dishonest and quite rude. I have never disrespected Vic in any way, simply asked questions he didn't want to answer. He literally through a tantrum like a 3 year old in the sand box. Since I've written this review, I have been contacted by local attorney Jeffrey Guyton. Three times on today's date all indicating he was going to have me arrested. Honest reviews get attorneys harassing you. I would advice anyone to stay away from Vic. I have not broken any laws and Vic sics his attorney on me. He continues to demonstrate very poor judgment and harassment. Mr Guyton was extremely unethical. Update- Grass Valley PD called Jeffrey Guyton and advised him to stop calling me.

Unless you hire professional services and provide receipts for the services like (carpet cleaning, Window cleaning and mini blind cleaning) which will end up costing you your deposit anyway, you might as well hand it to them and forget about it. I cleaned the place and shampooed the carpet twice and left it actually in better condition that they gave it to my poor elderly mom (76) who is clean freak herself. The office manager still deducted over $200 for cleaning because I did it myself and didn't provide a professional service with receipts. BE AWARE! That is what I call a total rip off especially when she knew we left the place cleaner than we had it when my mom moved in...Office Manage is NOT easy to work with at ALL and NOT flexible at all. It is $200 for a tiny apartment and we have barley been running anything so it's definitely because of our broken A/C (not to mention it's 100 degrees outside) There is also a horrible smell coming from our attic making the until smell horrendous. The property was not properly cleaned before move in (beard shavings in the clogged sinks and cobwebs on the ceiling). They tried to double charge us for utility bills and only corrected them after we disputed the charges. Do not have them manage your property or rent from them. I lived in my last rental for seven years and only contacted management when the lease was renewing or the roof was leaking. This company is absurd.
