Apartment manager makes promises on move-in and does not keep them (laundromat will stay locked, parking spaces are not marked with apartment numbers, etc). Parking is extremely limited, and even though maintenance is only there two days a week, you will be towed for parking in the meintenance spot.

I did have some issues with one particular neighbor, and Jen (manager) always handled things with professionalism and care. I love all the people who live here, and I especially adore the dog friendly atmosphere! It's a great place to take walks with my children, ride bikes with the kids, walk your dog, lounge at the beautiful pool or just hang out in your backyard patio. Management here is exceptionally caring and accommodating, and I think this is one of the most important aspects of living in a comfortable, safe and peaceful complex.

We dealt with a severe black mold infestation, lived in two different units and had a severe moisture issues, we had moisture of 26% in my walls and severe leaks throughout the whole unit. coming from the sinks, the windows, the sliding door and front door. I brought this issue up to management and maintenance on numerous occasions. I was always met with that it was just cosmetic, or that I wasn't cleaning enough yet I was cleaning upwards the 3 times a day or that it was the way that I was living and that it's not a structural issue, I was extremely clean, became OCD clean because of this and was taking videos of me cleaning yet management never took my claim seriously, and always looked past my photos and my videos. They did not care that I was extremely sick or my family was becoming extremely ill. They only put cheap dangerous cosmetic bandaids over a very deep seated structural issue. They never wanted to fix the underlying issues creating the mold by addressing the leaks in the roof and walls and around the windows and doors, they don't want to replace the single pane windows and sliding doors. They don't want to properly seal the windows sliding door or the front door. They don't want to update their AC units, that also blow mildew into the air, which you can heavily smell. I have lost thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings that cannot be replaced when I brought this up to management she told me to go through my own insurance company pay my own deductible, to see if I can have all my things replaced due to their own gross negligence and for them not addressing the underlying issue at hand that is causing all the structural problems that is creating this massive black mold issues within all the buildings and units. Please save yourself the headache and dont bother renting here you will be over charged become extremely ill be ignored have your car stolen or vanalized sewage water coming threw your sinks and tub and be completed dismissed by management.

The interior is horrendous, its very dirty and it smells of garbage and cigarette smoke. The carpet is completely stained, soiled and smelly. I spoke to a couple residents and they claim they only live there for the low rent. They had countless complaints for the staff, especially the maintenance. Things go very long without repair or never get repaired. There are abandoned cars out front. Residents also mentioned that after a resident dies, if their property isn't claimed then other residents get to take whatever they want. This is the most disgusting apartment complex I've ever seen.

Perhaps my favorite experience here is the fact that we have deer that come on the property as well as turkeys. From my apartment I can see them almost every day, which is a delightful experience. The apartment itself is very nice and adequate for most of my needs. The one thing I feel that it needs is more storage--there is none onsite, and these apartments cannot be any smaller, therefore one feels cramped up at times and forced to rent storage space or to live with your clutter. There are plenty of opportunities to interact with the residents, if that is what you like to do, and this ability mitigates somewhat the cramped living conditions that you have to endure.
