This apartment complex by far is one of the best in Auburn. It is tucked away on one of the back roads of Nevada Street and Red Hawk Lane. There are two playgrounds and a swimming pool the apartments are spacious they have two three and four bedrooms that are washer and dryer hookups and the property management staff is absolutely amazing to work with. I put myself and my two sons on a waiting list in 2016 and every year Alma would send me an email asking if I was still interested and I would always reply yes. Then in June of 2019 when an apartment became available I was notified and I was walked through step-by-step the application process. It was explained to me in a way that made it very simple and easy for me to understand. The customer service that the onsite manager provided was absolutely phenomenal. She has a great sense of humor and was really accepting of my chaotic three-year-old during our appointments. My older son has a service animal and she of course was very accepting and understanding of that situation as well. I highly recommend working with this property management. However one should be aware that there is a 3 to 4 year waiting list. read more

hello to anyone reading this , my name is kim and i was a resident of palm terrace apartments , for 5 years and this apartment complex was so amazing at that time , i actually regretted leaving my apartment , it has been almost or if not 6 years since and I'm still trying to go back for residency , Alma paz is the most amazing kind hearted ,considerate , AND EXSTREMELY FAIR MANAGER , and as i have been coming back periodically through the 6 years i have seen the amazing changes she has made to the apartments ,absolutely outstanding , she was and is currently still an amazing manager , i will not stop trying to gain residency there , if you've ever had that one place that truly feels like home and stays with you even after moving out and its a constant reminder of how wonderful and peaceful it was being there , you don't forget that thank you ALMA paz FOR BEING SO AMAZING ......I WILL BE BACK TO PALM TERRACE I DONT CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES !!!! anyone inquiring about this apartments there amazing due to a wonderful manager !!!! kim G.... read more

This place is a wonderful community! The Manager, Alma, is great. She is always doing events for the kids and telling people about certain up coming events happening. This is a safe, quiet, respectful environment. I live here with my daughter and the apartment is a cozy, great size, clean, and cute place. It's a good looking apartment complex. I always feel at home here. Marin is the maintenance guy and whenever I needed anything, Alma and him were always there to help and on top of it. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else. Palm Terrace is an awesome place to live. I've lived there for, this November, 15 years. I started in a 4 bedroom, but since I'm approaching an empty nest, it only made sense to downsize to a 2 bedroom. Our manager, Alma, works hard at accommodating the tenants. We have enjoyed having her and appreciate all that she does. The maintenance & grounds are beautiful and well kept up. They never hesitate to respond to our needs and the use of the clubhouse, gym, and kids club is an extra bonus at the Palm Terrace Apartments. Alma, the manager, goes above and beyond for the residents and how this complex is beautifully maintained! This place is a hidden oasis. I had found a handicap unit for my parents here. They lived there for seven years. They had a 3-bedroom apt. and the units are well laid out, spacious and lots of storage...including the patio area. Their apartment faced a green belt and was quite private and had great view from their patio and windows. The layout of this complex is unique, as some buildings are higher or lower in layout among property, which affords for privacy and such. read more

I am a long term resident at Palm Terrace. The management and maintenance staff have always been courteous and respectful to me, and great at addressing any needs that come up, in a timely manner! It is a great place to live! The grounds are kept clean and tidy. Work orders are taken care of and handled in an appropriate manner. I'm a resident here 7 years now, best place I've lived, the unit is spacious, surrounded by lots of trees and grass makes it such a beautiful view. Alma is amazing couldn't ask for a better manger, so helpful and kind. Recently had a leaking toilet on a Sunday evening and after texting Alma she had maintenance(Marin) here within 30 minutes to fix it, who by the way is the best at his job. I loved growing up here. The community is sweet and if you have littles they can make so many friends. The pool is so fun to go to during the summer and the gym is the perfect size. It's in an amazing part of town and you can see the sunset from my Vernon. The manger is greatly her job and very understanding. I rate this apartment complex a 5 star. The community is quiet, clean, has two play grounds, a pool, a gym and a clubhouse. The manager Alma is very sweet, but strict by the rules. She will help if she can, but sticks to the policy. Maintenance is always working hard and will stop what he's doing to help if needed. I am very impressed how this complex is ran and kept up. Great safe community always clean & well maintained. When i first moved in alma the manager made me feel right at home she is very welcoming and always kind. We have lived here for 5 years now. It is a great place to live. The apartments are very comfortable with lots of storage. Management is very efficient and stays on top of things.
