I did have some issues with one particular neighbor, and Jen (manager) always handled things with professionalism and care. I love all the people who live here, and I especially adore the dog friendly atmosphere! It's a great place to take walks with my children, ride bikes with the kids, walk your dog, lounge at the beautiful pool or just hang out in your backyard patio. Management here is exceptionally caring and accommodating, and I think this is one of the most important aspects of living in a comfortable, safe and peaceful complex.

She was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the recommendations I needed. I also noticed that the grounds were maintained and they even had a communal garden area. I can't wait to move in later this year when my home sells. Auburn has my heart and this feels right at home.

Scratches and dents on the walls, carpets had stains. Beautiful on the outside, ugly and small inside. Rules are not enforced. Parking is limited, dont expect to invite company they will have to park uphill and walk. The community of tenets are awesome, but the management is over bearing and lacking in skill. Would never come back based on my experience, we only stayed a week before we realized how awful it all is and decided too leave.
