They had to find and fix the leak blind. They found the leak by digging up the supply line and had it all fixed and the water back on at my house before my wife got home from work at 5:30pm. I left a message and Matt called back within a short time. Our clog was fixed the same day and the problem was explained by the service person who was very knowledgeable and friendly.
