They had to find and fix the leak blind. They found the leak by digging up the supply line and had it all fixed and the water back on at my house before my wife got home from work at 5:30pm. The cost was very reasonable as well. Especially for same day emergency service. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I'd give them 100 stars if it were an option.

I went to the next-door app and had many recommendations, but most were recommending river dog. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house promptly at 8 AM on Saturday morning. The technician was extremely professional, respectful, and honest. Turned out we did not need a plumber, but he was able to help us with another issue that we were having. When trying to discuss why she owed the invoice and payment plan options he said "Jesus christ you f****** people" and hung up. EDIT: We never received an invoice just for him coming out to look. He (Scott presumably he never identified himself) never gave my mother an invoice email or paper and never discussed payment when he came and looked at what work needs to be done. He now says my mother owes him $150. I called back to discus a payment plan but when I identified myself he hung up. I have it recorded because of the unprofessional manner he was speaking in before he swore at my mother.

Mike came out the same morning we called about a sewer issue. He was professional, responsive and kindly educated us through the whole process. He showed us the damage, communicated all the "who, what, where, why and thens" and graciously answered all of our questions. We really couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience.
