Turns out the RPZ valve had burst and water was running everywhere for a day or so. Kristen called several plumbers and due to weather conditions couldn't commit to getting out today, January 4th. I had shut off the above ground valves to the RPZ and water was still shooting out. Seth, Owner, at Pipeline Plumbing was working feverishly and had Eric respond to Kristen's home. Eric was quick to assess the problem and resolved it in short order. He was as professional, knowledgeable and efficient a representative of his company as a boss could want. As an aside, one of the "other " plumbers who didn't know when he might get out told Kristen she needed to make up her mind on which plumber she wanted. Ben and Theresa are so on the ball and easy to schedule with every technician has gone above and beyond to make sure we know what's going on. Mike came out the same morning we called about a sewer issue. He was professional, responsive and kindly educated us through the whole process. He showed us the damage, communicated all the "who, what, where, why and thens" and graciously answered all of our questions. We really couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience. It took them three…read moretimes to seat a toilet in my home, finally the last person to come out did it successfully!, however on the first or second try , they broke the tile at the base of the toilet and they said they would not repair it as I did not discover it until sometime after as it is not my main bathroom. They also charged me twice , put in a new toilet when one was not needed, ( I was not home at the time of the first "repair") Do not recommend!
