We had him out several times, and he missed his promised time every single time. We had to call several times when he forgot he was supposed to be at our job. Still, once he was there, he would work diligently and make every effort to do things the right and best way, not the easiest way. He did not take shortcuts, and you want an electrician who cares about doing your wiring correctly. He also took the time to solve problems we presented that were not part of the original plan, and he added them in at a fair price. This probably explains why he was often late. It can be hard to know how long a job will take, especially when you are doing your best to do things safely and correctly and taking the time to do it right. So we were understanding about that, once at our house, he often stayed longer than scheduled to make sure we were happy and the job was done correctly. We will use him again.

He immediately recommend I contact Dan of One Hour H&AC Crystal Coast. Dan came out and within 2 minutes he recognized the system that he had serviced when we first moved in. Turns out the RPZ valve had burst and water was running everywhere for a day or so. Kristen called several plumbers and due to weather conditions couldn't commit to getting out today, January 4th. I had shut off the above ground valves to the RPZ and water was still shooting out. Seth, Owner, at Pipeline Plumbing was working feverishly and had Eric respond to Kristen's home. Eric was quick to assess the problem and resolved it in short order. He was as professional, knowledgeable and efficient a representative of his company as a boss could want. As an aside, one of the "other " plumbers who didn't know when he might get out told Kristen she needed to make up her mind on which plumber she wanted.
