It's a decent buffet, not many buffets left to be honest. Sunday buffet is better than any other- four stars Sunday- 3 stars Friday night. We just had the seafood buffet on Friday night. Mahi mahi is was really good- not overcooked. Cooked perfectly, flaky grilled and great all around. The roasted vegetables were good but had too much oil, they were more like baked veggies than roasted. Not bad tho, the other items really felt pre-prepared and processed like a lot of buffets. Has a great environment and location. Tons of potential if they stepped up the amount of fresh/homemade food on the buffet. Priced the way it is, the fresh/homemade deliverables should not be an issue. That would make the buffet amazing and that would compliment the location perfectly. Hope that they make some culinary changes that have twist but a high emphasis on freshly prepared food. Not just frozen foods!

This place has some of the best shrimp and grits you ever had. Nice staff too Recently went back to eat the seafood buffet. Food was fresh, plentiful and the crab legs never ran out Staff seems to be very attentive

$15 for breakfast buffet with minimal options. Coffee, bacon, and biscuits were good. Servers were friendly.

The food was bland and extremely overpriced. The chicken Alfredo was bland and cold. Our chicken sandwiches were not seasoned.

I don't like leaving low ratings; I understand that it is someones livelihood. That being said,…read morethe food here is not good. Me and two coworkers went here for lunch to mix it up and try something new. When we walked in, the hostess rang us up as a party even though the first guy said he just wanted to pay for himself; whatever, we sorted it out among ourselves later. There is a buffet that serves southern food. Fried chicken, fried catfish, baked chicken, spaghetti, liver, dressing, mashed potatoes etc. Also offer a salad bar. The food was criminally underseasoned. Everything needed salt - I'm not sure if they keep it saltless to cater to the older people who make up the majority of their customers or what. Tried a lot of stuff looking for good food and I didn't find much. Fried chicken had too much breading, the breading tasted unseasoned. Dressing was very dry and had a consistency of cornmeal, you touched dit and it broke apart. Mashed potatoes were definitely instant mashed potatoes and not a good brand. Spaghetti sauce had a little meat in it, but tasted like stewed tomatoes. Cornbread was dry and unsweetened. Roll was OK. Green beans casserole was good. Coworker said liver and boiled cabbage was good, said catfish was bad and "none of it was great". Salad bar looked fresh. Another coworker had asked us to bring her back some dessert: when I sent her a picture of the desert bar, she changed her mind. They serve Pepsi products and offer sweet tea. Waitress was nice and we had pretty decent service. Buffet area was kept clean and stocked at all times. Would not return.

Started with fried chicken, Mac and cheese, fries, green beans and a grilled pork chop. The fries just came out when I was there but they were cold and soggy. Fried chicken was ok, Mac and cheese was missing a cheese with flavor. Beans and pork chop were edible but not as tasty as they should have been. Went back to try the catfish, wish I hadn't. Was cold, slightly undercooked and had no flavor at all. Thanks for tartar sauce for flavor. Had the carrot cake which turned out to be the best part of the meal. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly but the food was underwhelming.

Not sure what the others have experienced that was bad, not my experience at all. Service was great, quiet and relaxed atmosphere- server was super - just the right amount of attention without being in your face! So nice!!! Thanks for that! Had the blackened grouper and it was fixed great! Ordered a lemon drop to go with, seemed appropriate and the first one seemed light, asked for a second with a little extra vodka- bartender delivered and I am grateful! Spot on. A great experience, based off of the visit tonight. I will definitely be returning- great experience and worth going to. Reasonable prices!

I did fail to notice the last reviews and pictures I saw were YEARS old. This place has obviously changed ownership and no longer serves the same food as previous reviews but charges the same prices. Positive the inside of the restaurant was very nice and had a beautiful view. After looking at the previous pictures I was expecting to be served freshly prepared food by a chef with a fresh craft cocktail. That is FAR from what we got. After ordering a martini that was on the cocktail menu and waiting 10 minutes I was then told they did not have the ingredients to make the drink so settled on a mojito. Expecting a refreshing light colored drink with mint leaves I was served an unfull glass of electric green something that tasted nothing like a mojito. Then our dinner came. My salad was full of white hard lettuce. The fresh crab cakes I was expecting were straight from a freezer bag, green beans were canned, and mashed potatoes had zero flavor and completely inedible. My daughter's boneless buffalo wings had a batter that was watery and hardly sticking to the chicken. My husband and other daughter's fish and chips were soggy, tasteless, and inedible. After our $111 bill before tip we had to go get dinner else where. We seriously would have gotten a far better dinner at Captain D's for 1/4 of the price.

The one thing you can say about this place is that they keep the buffet lines clean and stocked. Their prices are reasonable as well. Drinks are refilled promptly and often and they have a decent selection as well. I tend to go for non-breaded/battered and unsweetened items and they have a good selection of those. Most of these buffets are packed with battered and sugary disgustingness but I was surprised. The Mala chicken was a surprise too - very spicy, flavourful, and juicy. The pepper steak was actually quite good too. Their soups are mediocre - the egg drop had little to no flavour and the hot and sour was more sweet than sour and not hot at all. The soups need a little work. We were also a bit disappointed in the fried rice (or what they called fried rice) - mostly an artificial saffron yellow rice - beautiful to look at, but not very tasty and a little dry. The desserts were good and plentiful. They even had a decent selection of California style sushi & sashimi. Overall a decent place to get your hunger satisfied.

I was traveling with a few clients to a business meeting in Boaz and they selected here. Honestly, my expectations were not too high. I will also say that ultimately, my expectations were met and were exactly as I thought that the food here would be. We all went with the buffet, which consisted of a small salad area, a couple if kinds of pasta with one sauce, garlic bread and a few types of pizza. The pizzas were plain, vegetable, sausage, and pepperoni. The dough was those terrible pre-made one that are akin to frozen pizza that you run through an oven conveyor. This is the kind of pizza that makes places like Domino's or Little Caesar's seem better than they are. The tomato sauce for the pasta though was not bad. Honestly, kind of surprising. I am sure it came from a jar or a can, but I thought it wasn't bad. The service here was friendly enough, but you just order at the counter, so I would not say it offers any kind of servers. Would I return? Probably not. It is what it is.
