Every time I come in I'm put at east by the woman up front who are so sweet and positive, to Kristina, my hygienist who takes care of this nasty grill (nasty cause I wait too long between visits) and does it with a smile Kristina knows how to make you feel comfortable in a space that not a lotta people are. She explains what she's doin as she's doin it so there's no surprises. Only surprise is I still don't floss as much as I should, but Kristina doesn't lay on the guilt trip about it. Then there's Dr. Vanson, we go back to the beginning and she's never changed. Great sense of humor, honest about what I need and doesn't push expensive procedures down your throat. If you had a bad experience here you just one of those people who don't like the dentist and are lookin for a reason to stay that person. The dental hygienist were also great. The dentist office had newer equipment and I sincerely enjoyed going to the dental office. However, as time passed I went in and a different dentist would attend me without explanation. Going to the dentist is already an unpleasant thing, and having a doctor I was unfamiliar with attend me without notice was something I didn't like. He seemed to get frustrated on one occasion when a crown would not sit properly in my mouth. They had to do another 3 d scan and remake it. I don't remember his name anymore, but I do remember feeling a bit uneasy in his care. At first I would get reminders and as time went on I began to have issues with my appointment not being scheduled properly. I would have to call to set up appointments because the staff failed to make them. The last straw for me was when I went in because of grinding my teeth and I was just rushed over to go see a specialist across the hall. I felt i was expected to understand the dental process, when I didn't, and I felt like staff was upset that I didn't want to make a decision when I didn't understand the process. I ended up changing dentist after that experience. The new dentist I went to explained it to me in a way I could understand. Now I wear a night retainer to alleviate some of the pressure on my teeth.

They look so natural but also completely elevated my smile, like exactly what I wanted but did not know how to explain.... She just knew! She is super detail oriented and really takes her time to get everything right, which I appreciated so much. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and her work. Also, Christine, the RDA, is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and was just so kind and easy to talk to. It honestly made the whole experience feel way less stressful! My boys are now young men and we haven't used Rancho Dental since 2017. My middle son came back from college up in Northern California for Winter 2024 break needing a cleaning and complaining of pain in his molars, and I contacted Rancho to get him in. I advised I had United Concordia, and the front desk said "we take that", with no mention of any caveats to the contrary. The appointment was scheduled and my son arrived, only to be told last minute that while they accept United Concordia, they are "out of contract" with them and there would be additional costs. My son, not being as savvy an adult yet, and needing the cleaning and exam as he was having pain in his molars, agreed. This was the week of Christmas and getting another exam scheduled before he had to return home the following week after Christmas would have not been possible. We are being billed by Rancho Dental for $189.00. The explanation is, while they "accept" United Concordia, they refuse to adhere to United Concordia's contracted cost schedule and sticks the difference to the Client. Aside from a "sorry we will make a note in the record, how would you like to pay?", that is all they offered to remediate this. Had Rancho Dental told me when I made the appointment for my son, that they in fact don't honor fee schedules of certain dental insurance carriers, we would have used anyone of the countless other equally capable dental groups in Temecula/Murrieta. Recommendation to Rancho Dental- Don't say you "accept" dental insurance carriers whose fee schedules you don't honor. Don't wait until the actual appointment time to then advise of it. Recommendation to potential customers- Insist that Rancho Dental will adhere to your plans fee schedule when you book you appointment. Its unfortunate that Rancho Dental burned a customer relationship over poor initial communication.

I found Brighton Dental when I was really struggling with my health and had no answers through…read moretraditional medicine what was "wrong" with me. After 5 months of struggling I found Dr. Woods as a last ditch effort based on intuition that my underlying issue may be due to a root canal I had done the prior year. Every traditional dentist or doctor I met said my symptoms (chronic nausea, unable to eat, chronic fatigue, achy joints to name a few) couldn't possibly be related to my tooth because everything "looked fine". Dr. Woods made me feel seen and validated in a way that no other dentist or medical professional has, she listened, validated my feelings and said "you know your body better than anyone" so let's take a look. Sure enough after completing a Cone Beam CT scan she validated that the root canaled tooth was in fact infected. I had no pain in the actual tooth, but my body had been fighting a "silent infection" for over a year. She got me a few days later to have the tooth extracted (on a Tuesday) and by Friday of that same week I was able to walk my son around the neighborhood for trick or treating on Halloween. My walking heart rate went from over 130, to under 90 that same week, my blood pressure has stabilized, the daily panic and anxiety has gone away, I've gained over 5 pounds back (from losing 20) and I can eat, play with my son and function again. My body and nervous system still have healing to do after being in a state of chronic illness for an extended period of time, but each day I feel stronger. Thank you, Dr. Woods and everyone at your practice for not dismissing my concerns and helping me get my life back. If you have an intuition that your body is speaking through symptoms and it may be related to your oral health, go see Dr. Woods for a Cone Beam CT scan to confirm. You are your biggest advocate, and we need holistic practitioners who believe the mouth has a systemic impact on your entire body.

Liz multitasks; rushes through every cleaning and is always very rough. My teeth became sensitive and my gums always bleed and hurt after her cleanings. She is reckless with the laser and had removed gum tissues while cleaning my teeth. I became anxious of going there which never happened before because Dr. Woods is great and her assistant Sheila is a sweetheart. Recent years, they've started aggressively upselling and repeatedly asking to change the time of the appointments to suit the office's needs. My last straw was the anesthesia shots by Liz, she brutally jabbed my jaw totally traumatizing me both physically and mentally; i couldn't open my mouth for days and it hurt for almost a month. Her sadistic treatments created a dental anxiety that never existed before she worked on me. I will never go back!!

It's such a commitment that, of course, I wanted to go to someone that was trusted. He gave me his top 3 and I met w/ them, but as soon as I met w/ Dr. Davis - I knew he was the dentist for me. It starts at the front desk. The women there are friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. The hygienists & the dental assistant are also great. I can't say enough about how NICE everyone is in this office. I get anxious at the dentist, like many people do, and the staff here was so kind & considerate and made me truly feel calm. On my form, I had mentioned compressed nerves in my neck & after reading that, Dr. Davis promised me a comfortable neck pillow for the procedures. I didn't even mention it - he brought it up. It's this attention to detail that makes this office an exceptional one. And it goes beyond that. While customer service is a big one for me, it's not enough of course when dealing w/ something life-changing like new teeth. And whoa. I cried tears of joy upon seeing my new smile for the first time. After years of being self conscience & hiding my teeth when I smiled, I'm a new person. I am confident. I smile bigger and more frequently. This is all because of Dr. Davis & his office. This will now be my dental office for all things teeth for life. I couldn't be happier w/ the level of service I got here all-around. Now if you had the same concern I did about The cost of veneers: It's pricey. Believe me, this will take me a long time to pay off. I get it. But you get what you pay for! It is worth every dime. No-one said a life-changing procedure would be inexpensive. And it shouldn't be!!! I feel confident in my new smile, but not just in how it looks. Also in that I believe it will last me forever. And that, for me, is priceless.
