I got charged $3,000 and the cavities were the wrong cavities that he fixed they were supposed to be all the front ones and he did sides and backs to the tooth when I needed the front ones done I went back to see if what we could do to fix it and he just told me that he did the fronts and backs but I tried to tell him that he didn't do the front like I wanted but he didn't care and then he tried to charge me another $2,800 to fix the rest of them the ones he missed and when they sedated me I didn't even go to sleep I was awake the entire time and not feeling anything like tired at all read more

Treatment by Dr Hurtado and his assistant was excellent on my first visit. I've had problems with billings and payments. After over a year I've given up. On my third cleaning and annual visit I was not seen by the Dr or contacted afterwards for follow-up. My experience with the dental hygienist on that visit was very uncomfortable. Unsure if I will return. I have never left a bad review before. read more

AMAZING! This is the best word I can use! Dr Gray is the most pleasant and considerate dentist I have ever met. His team from the dental hygienists to the specialty staff including Carla and Betty and all of the wonderful people that work there are so calming and make you feel like you are truly the only patient they have in the office that day. Dr Gray has been our dentist for many many years and then we needed more extensive work done. Our son needed implants and he treated him like he was his own son. It was so reassuring. Then i needed some work done and recognizing I have a very low tolerance for pain the team educated me on sedation and it was the perfect solution for me. Dr Gray even texts you in the evening of your procedure to see how you are feeling - what a great customer service from a dentist. And to tell you they have the best front office person does not seem enough. Robert is so friendly and always has a smile on his face. He recognizes everyone when they walk in the door and says hello by their name. So wonderful! If you need a dentist for a child to grandma, Dr. Gray and his team are there for you. They truly make going to the dentist the best it can possibly be. It is the "little" things like coffee and water in the lobby to the toothbrush package when you leave to the hugs when you are down or scared - they have it all. Thank you team for being the absolute best. They are now a part of our extended family although they may not know that yet. Lol. We will never go anywhere else. read more

following up on my previous review. The communication I received back was offering a partial refund for the money they mistakenly said I would receive. I will include the email I sent to them along with additional photos. The communication back from them was rude, and unapologetic of how poorly they mishandle customers money- nonetheless a young persons. These people and company are horribly rude and unapologetic when they make huge mistakes. Their responses to the following email screenshots included no apology or accountability of ANY kind - only saying they will give me a refund. If you choose to let them take care of you - make sure you have everything printed and signed exactly what was said. Do not give them ANY business or money. read more

This office has been life changing for me. I'm someone who has had major trauma in the 70's with a really bad dentist. It left me literally scarred, which then made me ignore my oral care for YEARS!!!! (Like 30+ years) I was lucky that everything I needed to get done was "fixable" but after the tooth pain set it, it took be weeks to actually call and set up the appt. From the first phone call, to checking in, meeting with the Dr. Grey BEFORE he even examined me, to the exam, to meeting with the financial coordinator to actually scheduling the procedure (3 root canals and 3 crowns+ a cleaning), I left the office feeling already so confident in them and nothing had even been done yet!! Three weeks ago I had my sedated procedure and yesterday I had my permanent crowns put on! What an amazing experience!! All I can say is if you are ME, do yourself a favor, go to their website, watch their videos, make your appointment and just go! You will NOT be disappointed! Dr. Grey and his entire staff has made this such an easy process. They will forever be my dentist office! They have acquired a patient for life! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! read more

Very kind and attentive. Took the time to listen to my needs and offered treatment my previous dentists have never mentioned! I felt very seen and like they truly wanted to help :) read more

This dentist is incredible. Robert, is communicative and so so helpful, the new receptionist/front desk lady Jessica is kind and attentive, and my hygienist - Patsy is very personable and thorough when cleaning. The office is clean and welcoming, and I am always beyond taken care of. I feel very blessed to be at a dentist like this, and 100% recommend becoming a patient here. read more

My experience..... lol ok so I have major PTSD I cry, I run, I shake. Traumatized So I got there early because I was afraid I might want to turn around. I saw people funneling into the office kind of trying to get a read for what it's going to be like when I get in. I went to the up reviews while I was waiting it kind of made me nervous but the majority of them were five star. Once I got inside I noticed that it was very Zen, tranquil and peaceful a place I would definitely meditate it. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and nice greeted me when I walked in did not seem forced. Then Deanna and Dr. Greg sat down and explained, everything that was going to happen how it was going to be done and they got to know me just a little bit more. They explained the procedures that they were going to do which was no procedure at all lol. I started crying as i expressed my fears, so what they did was take photos X-rays and explain to me what was going to be done. I did Express that I didn't want anything poking me and he did not use a single poking instrument. Once the initial exam was over they sat and talked to me a little bit more and explain to me what was going to need to be done to fix my teeth. That conversation did kind of make me nauseous but that's my fault if I have PTSD he didn't say anything about it he was just telling me we needed to be done. They expressed how the sedation would work and what the next steps were I asked all my questions and they answered them very satisfactory. Then I met with Alexis the billing lady she went through everything that was being charged or that would be charged and gave me payment options for whatever my insurance did not cover. I will have to say I am actually very comfortable going back and I will definitely make my next two appointments thank you to everybody in the office. Update 3 days after my first session of work on my mouth I am fighting the side of my cheek but I think that's normal. I was afraid that after my first session I would be sore and bruised and in pain when all actuality all I really needed was a little bit of Aleve and I was fine on my second day I did feel like I got punched in the face but nothing bad definitely not worried about going back for my 2nd session. Oddly enough I can say it was a good experience. read more

I have had genetic dental issues most my life. I was constantly on and off antibiotics for dental infections. I did deep cleaning. bone grafts etc. At 67 years of age I only had 11 teeth and they were a constant issue w pain and infections. After consulting with Dr Jeff Gray and his staff I was put at ease to finally resolve my dental issues. I had 11 teeth extracted and it was done without any pain! None of those 11 were worth keeping. I went with full mouth dentures top and bottom with implant anchors for lower one. I'm not afraid to smile anymore and folks say I look 10 years younger ! My chronic nasal sinus issues of decades are now clear. No more congestion! I highly recommend a consult with Dr Gray for any dental issues. read more

I so regret ever going to this office. I wanted white straight teeth. We agreed that Dr. Grey would place veneers on my front upper and lower teeth. I was with the hygienist when the in house technician who makes the veneers arrived. Dr. Grey's own hygienist told him that I wanted white teeth. At the end of the long day when I had the final procedure for the veneers, Dr. Grey handed me a mirror and I am sure he saw my shock and disappointment. My front and lower teeth were straight and had a nice shape, but the color was horrible. I thought it would get better, but it did not. At my next cleaning the hygienist said she didn't know why Dr. Grey had not whitened my teeth prior to the veneers, and that my teeth certainly were not bright. I subsequently met with Dr. Grey who said he would replace them at 50 percent of the original cost that I believe was $14,000. I declined. I continued to go to the office for cleanings, but my disdain for Dr. Grey's work increased. I asked him if there was any way to lighten the veneers, and he said no, and blamed the color on my consumption of green juice drinks, which is ridiculous. I have seen a few other dentists who agree that while the shape of my teeth are nice, the color is not. My natural teeth have a brightness but the veneers are just flat and unattractive. I am sure Dr. Grey has done very nice work for other people, but he totally failed me, and had no interest in correcting his poor work. Dr. Grey did these veneers nine years ago. I never liked them, and I never told him or anyone in his office that I loved them. They are especially disturbing now because I have to have a few crowns done and they will have to be matched with the unflattering shade of the veneers done by Dr. Grey. read more

Care quality is very low. They also fabricate charges. His hygienist broke my tooth. And when he went to redo it, he was less than caring about the final finished product. He hurried through it because he had to do it at no cost. Zero concern for your satisfaction of your dental health. read more

a week ago Love these people! Is it weird to say that I love a dentist, or the people who work with him? The establishment of humanity in Dr. Gray's office is beyond any measure I have experienced in any industry, let alone the medical field. Real humans serving real humans. A true standout in our modern day humanitarian apocalyptic corporate world. Also, a luxury. Dentistry is quite a lucrative industry, the ability to provide/receive such care is not exactly affordable to many people. Similar to much of the world, dental work was once treated as a medical health need relevant to Maslow's hierarchy. Insurance companies changed that dynamic, clinging to middle aged care standards and costs. Current dentistry costs and lack of valuable insurance coverage have me now considering most dental work a luxury. Final thoughts, Dr. Gray's office has the ability of touching four of Maslow's needs hierarchy: Physiological, Safety and Security, Love and Belonging, and Self-Esteem. If you read the books in their waiting room, you can see they are reaching for self-actualization, Maslow's fifth and final level of human needs. I applaud their efforts! In a dentist you say? Yes, the medical industry has reduced humans to numbers. Dr. Gray and his staff are clinging to humanistic qualities in treatment. Luxury is like that, you can feel worthy even in a dentist visit, if you can afford it. Dr. Rae read more

Firstly, I want to thank you all for the wonderful way that you have treated me the past five months during all of my treatments. The moment that I walked through your office doors, it felt like home. The procedures were like an adventure that I have never had at any other dental office before. I was in bad shape with only about 14 teeth, one of which was broken. Prior to going to Espire Dental, it had been 10 years since I last had been to a dentist, and all I wanted was just to have all of my teeth removed, and have dentures due to previous dentists telling me that implants were not possible for me because of my osteoporosis. Then, you surprised me by telling me that I could in fact get snap-in implants; I thought I had died and went to heaven! I have never had a dentist who actually listened to me, and what I wanted. By you doing this, and treating me with such care and compassion, it has caused me to develop a positive outlook in my life, and instilled a new sense of excitement within me because it has taken 20 years to get to this point with my teeth. I may be in my "golden years", but I finally have a beautiful smile! The last 5 months have been the best time of my life! Sure, there was some pain, and some ups and downs, but I was ready both mentally and physically for this wonderful journey with you and your team. As I have told you before, I have kept my eyes on the prize, with the prize being my beautiful new smile, and That day has finally arrived! I just wanted to thank, not only you, Dr. Hurtado, but everyone at Espire Dental who has been involved with my case during the course of my treatment. There is so much love in my heart for all of you, and I look forward to my future check-ups with you! - Kathy Willingham read more

I love this office and the entire is awesome and helpful. Deanna and Doctor Hurtado were a major help and truly care. Highly recommend.

Dr's Gray and Hurtado are outstanding dentists. They hire and keep super experienced employees that actually care. Their offices are designed for comfort (even for those with a phobia of dentistry). They offer sedation (at no extra charge) and do not judge you on the condition of your dental health. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office than I do here. From the dentists to every member of their staff, they are consummate professionals. Glad I found them! read more

Have been going here for a few years now and cannot speak highly enough about Dr Gray and his team. I've been sedated 2 (soon to be 3) times now for various procedures because of my dental anxiety and some pretty bad TMJ that makes holding my mouth open painful over time. I have 2 different insurance plans (one through my job and one through my husbands) and both of the plans cover the cost of most of my treatment here. The out of pocket difference in cost is well worth it to me to be treated in a dental office that is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. read more

Dr. Gray and team have been nothing short of amazing! I have an innate fear of dentists, which makes visiting any dentist very difficult for me. I started visiting this office several years ago and working with Dr. Hurtado and the staff on getting me comfortable with visiting on a regular basis. We started with sedation for everything but cleaning, as it was more comfortable for me to have major work done. Last week I went in and had work done with just numbing to my gums; I didn't think that I would ever reach this point. Thank you for helping me gain confidence at my own speed and believing in me. read more

ONE OF THE WORST places I have ever gone had an appointment. I should have gone with my gut. I first spoke with the receptionist when I made the call. She was not nice and very loud. I went ahead and kept the appointment anyway. I really don't understand why she is allowed to answer any call. She never sent me the paper work that she said I would receive. This was a very horrible chain of events. I was greeted by Tania and she was so fake playing nice. Finally after being 20 questioned by her I was finally meeting the doctor. It was not a treat. He is a very nasty man and every word sounded forced and fake. He gave me a bad vibe. I could not wait to get out of that office. I think its time for him to retire. I would not recommend this office at all. read more

Well, I've had poor teeth since I was young. Going to a dishonest dentist in my early sixties only made my situation worse. He convinced me to have caps on my upper front teeth and they turned out horrible. I ended up having those teeth pulled and wore a partial for several years. Fast forward - I heard about Jeff Gray's dental office on my favorite talk radio show and made an appointment for cleaning and a checkup. Unbelievable staff met me - friendly, warm, caring - I was impressed. This past January I was finally able to get permanent work done. Dr. Hertado and Betty performed artwork on me during my restful sedation. I woke to a beautiful new smile! Now I look forward to returning in the near future to finish my smile.
