I have never felt more taken care of by any dentist than I did with Dr. Natalie. She eased my anxiety so much and reassured me that I would be taken care of. I had to go in for excruciating pain in my jaw and tooth at 39 weeks pregnant and they immediately took me in and did X-rays and let me know I needed to get a retreatment for my root canal and called in a favor and got me set up with a same day appointment. No dentist ever has gone to such lengths to take care of me or make me feel more comfortable ever before than Dr. Natalie did. I am so beyond grateful for her and the experience I had at Alpine Dentistry from the front desk staff to the dental assistant and Dr. Natalie. My experience as a "walk in" to this office to ask about making an appointment for a second opinion I was welcomed by reception staff kindly. Kelly cared about me and understood how anxious I was and got me in immediately for an examination with Dr.Saldivar. X-rays and exam confirmed I needed the dental procedure. The entire attention given to me I made the decision to transfer my care to Dr. Salidavar and get the work I needed done with her. They were quick and gentle no double visit or charge for crowns they have a 3D printer and it gets made on the spot I hate dentist being in your mouth is so intrusive but we gotta do it and living in SD the last 10 years Alpine Dentistry has been the most pleasant by far. I would rate 5 stars if it just applied to Nikki my hygienist who is the BEST I have ever had. I highly recommend her for anyone who has bee traumatized before with a cleaning. I rate the office itself a no star for its lack of allowing all insurances. Each visit comes 100% out of pocket and they give me a paper that says how much to expect back from my insurance company and it never comes even close. I am certain that this is because they don't want to wait for repayment which is unheard of. Regardless because of Nikki I will continue to go there because she truly is one of a kind. read more

Sadly, I have to leave a terrible review. First off, my child sits in the chair and there is soft porn playing on the TV. The nurse couldn't find the remote control for the TV, so that went on for too long. Following that, the nurse had a waiver on her iPad that I needed to sign, so she kept signing it for me. When I asked to read it, she got upset and spoke to me like I was crazy for wanting to know what she signed with MY name. The office was apologetic the first time. Second visit, I walked in when no one else was in the office with my two young children. Both kids had an appt back to back. The nurse told me that I can come in with my 9 year old but my 7 year old can't come in. I asked her where she wanted my 7 year old to go??? She told me to leave him in the lobby by himself. She proceeded to run down the hall telling Dr B that I am "having a fit" because my other child can't come in. When I spoke to Dr. B, he was very cold and unconcerned. My children asked me why the doctor didn't care about them. It was sad. He seems like a very nice person, but don't let him fool you. He is not. I am so appalled by the way I have been treated at this office. read more

Very friendly staff. They make me feel like we've known each other for many years, yet Ive only been a patient for just 11 mths now. My Invisalign requires frequent visits but I always know I will never wait at my appts., the service is quick and always effective. After having a very bad experience with a different dentist I was very nervous to try a new office. I am SO glad that I chose to go to Dr. Bonifacio! He is so caring, so happy and VERY good at his job. There was no pain at all during any part of the filling and almost no discomfort after as well. To my delight without me even asking and without an extra charge Dr. B even cleaned up a couple of my previous fillings! My previous dentist had left big hooks on the fillings that cut floss and my tongue, I was so relieved that Dr. B fixed them. What a great dentist that really cares about his patients!
