I have rented many apartments for many years - everywhere from Los Angeles to San Bernardino - so I know apartments, and I am here to tell you that THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS MANAGED BETTER THAN ANY APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. The owner of this apartment complex keeps this place up as if she lived here herself, which she does not. I know that every single complaint or request from any tenant is addressed promptly. Unlike many - or, rather, all of the - other apartments where I have lived, every safety issue, every property issue (including upkeep and aesthetics), and every tenant comfort (air-conditioning, heat, etc.), including any water leaks, plumbing issues, etc., are taken care of immediately! I have never lived in an apartment where everything is so well taken care of. It's terrific!

From the very beginning, Karen took the time to get to know him and his needs. Karen is the expert in Pine Mountain Club and the surrounding areas and she was able to answer all of our questions to make sure that PMC was the best community and lifestyle for him. Karen made the entire buying process extremely smooth and enjoyable, and she always went above and beyond to be available to support us every step of the way. If you are looking for the best real estate agent in the mountain communities of Pine Mountain Club and Frazier Park, we highly recommend Karen Barrios and her team! Thank you!

From our very first orientation meeting til now, Karen has been patient, positive, and encouraging. I gave her the criteria of my home search, and every listing she sent was exactly what I wanted. She hand curates each listing, and her attentiveness and attention to detail astounds me. I wanted to maximize the time spent attending open houses and sent Karen a list of 10 homes. She coordinated all the viewings in the span of a few days and spent an entire morning and early afternoon visiting each one. I will never forget Karen's energy (and snack basket!) as we walked through house after house. That day, I learned from firsthand experience that 10 open houses in a day is a grueling task. I will not subject myself and poor Karen through that again! (Maybe 15 next time?!) But if I suggested visiting 15, Karen would still make that happen. With an even larger snack basket! Karen is friendly, experienced, accommodating, honest, and genuine. She never pressures me into action, and I truly believe she cares for my well-being. Real estate transactions can be daunting and intimidating, but I trust Karen to guide and navigate me through this process.

My kitchen sink was slow leak for long time, they told me it was frozen metal, they fixed that real quick and some faucets outside. The hard water really messes up plumbing here.
