A couple of months later, the slats began to warp, twist, and pop off the studs. I called, and three slats were replaced. Additional slats have warped. I have called several times and was told they were busy and would get back to us as soon as they could. No show. Now, when I call, all I get is voicemail. I have concluded that inferior wood (green) wood was used, and staples are not a viable method to use to affix slats to the fence. DO NOT USE.

I did call a couple days later but I can't recall if I left a voicemail so it's possible he didn't return the call because I may not have left an VM identifying myself as a customer. His quick response here makes me believe this is just a strange circumstance issue where something got lost in the internet/phone world. I appreciate his quick response and courtesy despite receiving an initially negative review, perhaps we will get another chance to work together in the future. Used their contact form on their website to send a message on Oct. 29th because I was looking to have some irrigation work done around my house. Called and left a message 2 days later and still haven't received an email or callback from them. Not sure what happened, maybe they are overly busy or just weren't interested, either way it's disappointing to reach out to a business looking to get some work done and not even get a response.

I really don't like writing bad reviews on small business but I couldn't help myself after the…read moreexperience I had with Jake from Honest Lawn Care. His business practices were aggravating to say the least. I wanted him to come every other week for $65 a month. My yard isn't very big and should take very long to complete. All he had to do is mow the yard and weed wack around the edges. At first everything was ok. He would move my schedule around a little bit from a Wednesday to a Monday. He might not show up for 2-3 weeks but seem to make it on the scheduled days 75% of the time. The other percentage would be him not even giving me a text message to tell me he wouldn't be able to make for one excuse or another. He got lucky that our dogs were never outside on days he would show up unannounced. I'd leave the check under my door mat for him on his schedule days but he would forget it half the time. The straw that broke the camels back was when he didn't show up for my service for almost a month. When I text him about it, he responded back: ("I'm sorry dan I meant to reach out sooner because of the summer time here I'm not doing the every two weekers anymore it just comes out to be too much work and it's harder on the equipment I'm sorry for the inconvenience and short notice") I'm sorry but not a very professional way to tell someone 3 weeks after their last service that they are no longer going to help you.

I called with a sprinkler emergency and Elias said , " I'm not doing any work today, I'll be available I'm the spring." I wasnt happy but I'll take it. I'm no business owner. I called early August 2020 for a total landscape remodel. One job or 20 jobs, whatever it takes I'm flexible. Elias set an estimate appt and said he would start work in early Sept. He never showed for the estimate and said he went out of town. We spoke several more times he told me September he would be free. We are now in September, and he told me that he has agreed to more jobs and he can't see me for a while. They may do great work, I don't know, but the business is ran poorly and customers arent important. They will jerk you around. They get one star because I have to give that.
