They were incredibly quick to respond when I called. They came out and to look at my roof, discussed what would be needed and provided a written estimate all within the same day. The price was much less than I was expecting! Upon my acceptance of their estimate the job was scheduled for the following week. Their team showed up on time and got right to work. Dillon was on hand to explain their process and what I could expect throughout the day. They protected my grass with a tarp to collect the old roofing material and all the trash generated from the job. My yard was completely cleaned before they left my property that day, even though they were returning the next morning to finish the job. Their workmen were polite and respectful. Ryan contacted me early the second morning to schedule the end of job meeting and final invoice. When they were finished Aaron offered to take pics for me so I wouldn't have to go up on the roof myself, so awesome. I definitely would consider The Self Brothers to be the pinnacle of standard in the industry. I am beyond pleased that I trusted them to care for my home. The house is awesome and they allowed me to bring my 2 dogs, which was ideal. When I arrived to move in, the house was spick and span as the cleaning ladies were just leaving. There have been little to no issues in the 6 months I've lived here. When a minor issue comes up, Jessica Lombardo is immediately responsive and so friendly. They send a repair man over same day and take care of everything. The landscapers come bi-weekly and are friendly and efficient. I am so grateful for Blue Horizon, Rob, Jessica, and the landscapers and repair men. They even left me a care package upon move-in with popcorn, games, and a $15 gift card to a nearby restaurant! They also have 3D tours of their properties that include dimensions, which helps the moving and nesting process immensely. Highly recommend as they are the BEST!
