Secondly, they will also charge her at this time for an eviction notice which is an additional $35. They go to every means possible and charge you the most they can in a month even if I make arrangements because I'm a teacher so we are paid once a month so if I work in March, I get paid the end of April so if I pay the total of April at the end of April, they will charge me a $35 fee of $50 fee and an additional $50 fee and I believe they can charge even one more although I've made arrangements to pay the entirety at the end of the month; because of my profession I have gone in there and I never speak to anyone because they are very hostile. They are the antithesis of grace or thoughtfulness. I wish they would operate their business with more kindness. I wish the owners really knew how they were representing them.

Mind you the opposing counsel was flabbergasted with my 9 plus exhibits!!!!! I write this because of the fact that two days after " prevailing " the corporation. My husband turned yellow and had liver failure..... HOWEVER, THE STIP on our prevailing was really fabulous... Though we needed to find a place quick. Husband dying in the hospital and I am signing advanced directives, searching for a DECENT HOME , packing and taking care of my son 16 then ( or lets say we took care of one another ) That kid worked at his job at night, came home and packed and got his but up for school for 5 days of FINALS that WEEK amazing!!! Okay so all I ma seeing is DUMPS LITERALLY DUMPS ! I consider a dump something that looks like its been lived in for 30 years and they have done nothing to fix it! I am talking we came from paying almost 2400.00 a month to live in an undisclosed location, So I was not looking to find a cheap living area. We love the BEACH LIFE... So as I kept pressing and looking I stumbled upon SANDPIPER PROPERTIES. SO I CALL, i WAS GRANTED IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE LOCATION! Fell in love!! It is PARADISE coming from where we were living paying out the a** and being like ROYAL S*** !!!! So all the while my husband was literally on the operating table and Ashley called me back right away.. ( I was concerned about the confirmation of our move in ) they were prepping my husband for microscopic surgery! Ashley assured me and him right before he went under... we definitely had the place! The application process was easy peezy ( that is providing you have your i"s dotted and t's crossed ) do not think you can just have a move in take place because you are in need. So of you people out there think you are so entitled. You act as if people are supposed to work for YOU!!! all because you have a little cash or WHATEVER!! !! I have read all these UN RAVE REVIEWS and all of you have issues with other crap in your lives..( I had a dying man) NOW, moving on to my RAVE REVIEW !!!! They never took more than a day to respond. When the heater burned out, they switched it out the next day. The apartment was better than most places in IV, and the price was around the same because internet and cable was included in the rent. They also returned pretty much all of the security deposit. (They took a preset amount for cleaning fee, but it was mentioned beforehand and actually cheaper than many cleaners). I recommend Koto to all my friends living in IV now!
