They never took more than a day to respond. When the heater burned out, they switched it out the next day. The apartment was better than most places in IV, and the price was around the same because internet and cable was included in the rent. They also returned pretty much all of the security deposit. (They took a preset amount for cleaning fee, but it was mentioned beforehand and actually cheaper than many cleaners). I recommend Koto to all my friends living in IV now!
