They send a repair man over same day and take care of everything. The landscapers come bi-weekly and are friendly and efficient. I am so grateful for Blue Horizon, Rob, Jessica, and the landscapers and repair men. They even left me a care package upon move-in with popcorn, games, and a $15 gift card to a nearby restaurant!
