Kendrick is exceptionally responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the local market. He's also very well connected with other agents, which proved to be a huge advantage throughout our home search. Finding a home in the $1-1.3 million price range is highly competitive, but Kendrick helped us secure a beautiful home without spending months searching. His relationships, market knowledge, and offer strategy were instrumental in putting together a competitive offer that was accepted within a day of the home hitting the market. What we appreciated most was that he always had our best interests in mind. If he noticed issues with a property, he pointed them out. If he felt a home was overpriced, he told us honestly instead of encouraging us to overpay. At no point did we feel pressured to make an offer. We always felt he was helping us make the right decision. Working together with our mortgage advisor, Kendrick helped us navigate the entire process seamlessly. From our accepted offer to closing, we completed everything in less than 20 days. We highly recommend Kendrick to anyone looking to buy a home in the Santa Barbara or Goleta area.

Ali previewed properties for us, either using Facetime from the property or taking a series of narrated videos for us. With every house she saw or we drove up to see, Ali would ask for our feedback - what we liked, what we didn't like - so she could learn about our specific needs and wants in a new house. And then, 8 months into the process, when we happened to be up in the area for a little getaway, Ali discovered a house about to go on the market in one of our target neighborhoods in Goleta. She was able to get us in to see it the same day, advised us through the offer process, and helped us buy our new home. Ali was so responsive during the whole process, always responding quickly to texts, calls, and emails. When things got overwhelming as we were in escrow in Goleta and putting our house on the market in LA, Ali jumped in and took things off our plate - making phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking pictures and videos for insurance, etc. She has tons of resources in the local area (inspectors, insurance agents, contractors), and she has stayed in touch with us even after closing escrow. We highly recommend Ali as a realtor! She really wanted us to find the right house, not just a house, and we never felt any pressure to put an offer in on something that wasn't right.
