I also ordered a glass of wine (which was a generous pour). Overall we had a good experience and the food was also good. There were a lot of options. She kept our beverages topped off, offered excellent menu recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. Maxwell brought out a wonderful selection of homemade breads, perfect for soaking up every last bit of the incredibly garlicky, delicious escargot. The halibut topped with scallops was outstanding, finished with the most flavorful beurre blanc sauce I've ever tasted. My partner's seared ahi tuna was cooked to absolute perfection. Every dish was beautifully plated and expertly prepared. From the exceptional food and impeccable service to the warm atmosphere and great Buffalo NY location, Hutch's delivered an unforgettable dining experience. It's easily one of my favorite restaurants, and I can't wait to return. What a treat!

The second I picked it up, I could smell all the delicious meats and toppings. The pizza was loaded with savory meats, melted cheese, and that signature olive salad with briny olives, peppers, garlic, and herbs. The combination was incredible: salty, tangy, savory, and packed with flavor without being overwhelming. The dough was perfectly chewy with just the right amount of crispness around the edges, and it held up beautifully under all those toppings. I'd love to see this special get a permanent spot on the menu. It was just over $30, but definitely worth it. And now I have pizza for lunch for the next few days, so I'm calling that a win!

So it was a pleasant surprise when a friend and I decided that we'd stop by. This was their first time here and admittedly I was happy because they haven't had many pleasant food experiences in Buffalo. I believe they haven't been going to the best places but that's another conversation for another day. Okay so let's dig into the experience. We were running late and arrived at approximately 9:40 pm. I was nervous that we'd either a) be turned away or b) not get the best service since it was so close to the time that they closed. Let me be the first to say that that was not the case at all. We were seated in the most perfect little nook tucked away near the door. Dimly lit but cozy for good vibes and good food. Our server Megan came over and she was truly delightful. She provided really great recommendations. It was the perfect mix of personal reccs, insight on bestsellers, and answers to our mainy questions. We ultimately settled on two pizzas, fried rice, and a buyer (not pictured). The food came out in a timely manner. The drinks were incredible and the service was undeniable. Special shoutout to Megan again for offering a one of a kind experience. Misc: There's a parking lot next door to the building never knew. Prices are a tad steep but the vibes are good. Kitchen closes at 10. Check hours before going. Fried rice is a tad spicy but delicious. Drinks are perfect! I can't wait to go back :]

Consistent Service: Both times I made a reservation and our table was ready as soon as we arrived. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Atmosphere: I sat in the dining room both times, and recently in the area that's closest to the street. The setting is modern but the tables are close together. The noise level is kinda loud due to the acoustics in the space. Food: During my most recent visit, we ordered a half dozen oysters (special) and arancini (4, golf ball sized) to share as appetizers. For dinner I ordered the ravioli which were very flavorful, but thinly stuffed. However that allowed me to save room for dessert! The brown butter cake was out of this world delicious! Parking: they have two parking lots, and there's also street parking nearby. Overall I'd highly recommend for a special occasion or nice dinner.

I love sitting outside in the summer, so walked in preparing to be seated on the upstairs patio. Upon entering, I would not have ate here if that wasn't an option as it was very loud in there for me lol but luckily, the patio was available and nice and peaceful up there! Really enjoyed watching people going to and from the festival as well! Waiter was nice. I had the bison sliders and my friend had regular hamburger sliders. I loved the toppings on my bison slider, but didn't taste any flavoring to the bison (and overall decided it was my first and last time having bison lol). My friend felt the same about his hamburger sliders: no flavor or seasoning tasted. What was good were the fries and omg that ooey gooey butter cake (drool!!). The cake was the best! It was my first AND NOT LAST time having that kind of cake! I'll try a different entree next time and see how it goes (so long as the patio is available)
