Dr. Robertson has taken a call from me, listened to my concerns, asked if he could check with his wife Dr. Sarah since she is Bear's Dr. & He hasn't seen Bear. He said he'd return my call - and he did! The Vet Techs & people at reception desk are so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. During Covid 19, all happily come to my car after I call upon arrival. Great care has been taken to keep everyone safe. Rated 5 stars - would give 10 if I could. Thank you, Dr. PIERSON, Dr. ROBERTSON & staff.

They also responded quickly the next weekend when Mama ate a small chocolate donut while nursing the brand new pups as well. After I got her home, I called and asked about it because she was in an extreme amount of pain. They said the vet doesn't give pain medicine for that surgery. That vet has since retired. I then was fortunate enough to get into Haskell Valley. I took my new kitten there to get spayed, and was relieved to hear that she had been given pain medicine after the surgery. She has been sleeping a lot but has not shown any signs of real discomfort. Haskell Valley really does care not only about your fur babies, but about your comfort level too. They want you to know that you are part of the process. I can't think of a clinic that goes above and beyond to the level that this one does, highly recommended.
