He explained everything and gave us options for dealing with multiple problems. So kind and understanding at a reasonable fair cost. We ended up having a surgery which likely saved our pet's life.

This is a relatively small office, they don't do all the things that a larger office may do so they may refer you to someone else, but they have handled all of my situations very well. I have had to euthanize a few pets and the vets have been awesome, even go so far as to do the procedure in my truck, so my dog didn't even have to go in the office and was comfortable in her truck. I will certainly continue to go to them.

They denied burning him after I questioned them. I was told by many vets that this is absolutely a burn from a heating pad. If you make a mistake own it, fix it then heal your patient! Needless to say we are at a new vet who is very caring and Briggs is receiving extensive care. Randolph Vet has no bed side ma ner, does not care for their patients... you are just a number in the parking lot. Never ever will we go back or re ommend them!

My dog is very anxious and reactive during vet visits, but the staff were very kind, qualified, and understanding. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I also received a follow-up call 3 days later to check how my dog was feeling. So grateful for Lakeside vet! My dog is feeling much better!

The family dog Chelsea took a turn for the worse in the last week. Last night we decided to make…read morethe tough decision that it was time to help her in the only way we could. They called her vet who stopped doing house visits for covid. We called my vet who was really booked out and we couldn't let Chelsea suffer. I turned to yelp to help us. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Not only did they move things around once they heard her condition to fit her in, but they worked with our flight schedules so we could all be here today. It was a completely unrushed, empathetic, comforting, and kind experience. They let all 4 of us in a private basement grieving room. We were given as much time as we needed before and after her passing. It was a very peaceful experience. She was in no pain, she didn't even flinch for her iv. Thank you for treating us like family.

Although the staff was very pleasant theres serious problems with service. I have only been there…read moretwice and will not return due to incompetence. Took my dog buddy in for his rabies first time I was there. What did they do gave him 2 vaccine we didn't ask for. Only found out of the mistake when we went to have him groomed and on his paperwork there was no rabies vaccine. So I was billed for 2 vaccines I never asked for. All I got was a sorry and to bring him back in for his rabies. Also my dog isn't nurtured and the paper work said he was. Pretty obvious he isn't. Then the second vist we took him got his rabies. A couple weeks later I get a call saying he needed his sutures out. Obviously he had no sutures. So in two visits he was given the wrong vaccines. Messed up his vet records and called us for something he didn't need. Cost me extra money for vaccines he didn't need and miss time at work. If you dont mind incompetency then go here but If your someone who expects there vets to be held at the standards as all medical professionals then I would say go somewhere else.

He has sensitive skin, dandruff, and doesn't clean his back so I took him to get groomed. They are very professional! They got him bathed, brushed out, and his claws trimmed up with no problem. He refused the drier which is okay, they towel dried him and I put on my seat warmers for him. He's so fluffy , shiny, and soft now! $50 well spent! Thanks pick of the litter: )

Do not work here!! They will let you go over a text message on the weekend without an explanation…read more They are also very old-school doctors and one of the assistants there is very rude and makes you feel small! It is a very toxic environment and I would not recommend this to anyone. They left me unemployed for a month because I left a great job for them as they gave me a good offer. I guess the horrible stories I've heard from people are true!! They also let assistants perform euthanasia's, which is incredibly illegal! Only a licensed veterinarian may do so, or a licensed vet tech with the proper certification under the DIRECT supervision of a veterinarian! They will also perform this via intracardiac route, which as outlined by the AVMA should only be done to animals under sedation or anesthesia. They would be very much conscious! Again, the ASSISTANT would be doing this and sometimes have to do it at least 3 times!! It's so appalling. Euthanasia is a privilege as we can use it to alleviate suffering. It's a very sad practice, but it should only be fulfilled with respect and not pure ignorance. Intracardiac = injection into the heart = a lot of pain!!
