I have been taking my pets to Randolph for 20 years. I have been very happy with the care they have provided. This is a relatively small office, they don't do all the things that a larger office may do so they may refer you to someone else, but they have handled all of my situations very well. I have had to euthanize a few pets and the vets have been awesome, even go so far as to do the procedure in my truck, so my dog didn't even have to go in the office and was comfortable in her truck. These are photos of our poor baby who was burned while having surgery on his stomach. He was burned during/after from a heating pad they used. They denied burning him after I questioned them. I was told by many vets that this is absolutely a burn from a heating pad. If you make a mistake own it, fix it then heal your patient! Needless to say we are at a new vet who is very caring and Briggs is receiving extensive care. Randolph Vet has no bed side ma ner, does not care for their patients... you are just a number in the parking lot. Never ever will we go back or re ommend them! read more

Took my dog from my family, kept him half the day, and the Doctor had no idea that he had a tumor on his back foot which I had spoken to the Owner/Vet of the practice over the weekend. The Secretary is the owners sister and will give you her mood swing when you call there because she feels she has a sense of entitlement. How does a Doctor claim they examined a dog and miss a golf ball size tumor? As an Anesthesiologist there's a simple answer, she never looked at my dog. Filing a report with the State Board of Veterinary Medicine. This is pure negligence. Don't take your animal here. The Female Vet has no clue what she's doing. read more

Highly recommend. I brought my puppy here to get neutered and not only did they reassure me through the entire process they took care of him like he was their own. When I got him back they were great with answering all of my questions and I noticed they had trimmed his nails and gave him an overall checkup as well. Not to mention very affordable for pet care. Very kind and compassionate care. The doctor was able to diagnose an issue with our pup that had been ongoing. They are very busy which is a testament to the superior level of care you will receive. I am updating my review with this animal clinic. I don't know if it's because of COVID or burn out but I can't in good conscience go to this clinic anymore. I have been taking my pets for years here and they thoroughly disappointed me this last visit. When I also gave my concern about a cyst on my cat's chin coming back, the female MD NEVER CHECKED IT! When I called when my cat wasn't gaining weight (actually losing weight) after being on his medication for almost three weeks and throwing up, the receptionist said it was nothing. I called a week later saying I can see my cat's tailbone and there's discharge coming out of his eye, she said that the earliest she could get me in was two days later. I luckily got him into his secondary vet that day who then told me was misdiagnosed (he had cancer) and needed to be put down. He was not even five pounds when he was seen. SHAME ON YOU, RANDOLPH VET CLINIC! For letting a cat suffer for almost two weeks when you could have me drop him off like I did in February. Don't bother with this clinic because their receptionist is a rude bitch! read more

We live an hour away from the clinic however we make the drive because we trust their care. All the DVMs do not sell you unnecessary procedures or food, meds,etc. They are fast and right to the point with zero fluff. They are caring and honest and I trust them with our Luca (Cane Corso Mastiff). The price is significantly under cost by 50% of any veterinary clinics in a 100 mile radius as well as zero wait time. You will not be disappointed by the care your family pet receives. I recommend them 100% the only downside is that we are about a 48 mile ride away. read more

I am so pleased I took my injured cat here. He suffered a torn ACL on a Sunday. The emergency room I first took him to wanted to perform a procedure that would have cost anywhere from 2,800 ~4,200. Quite a range. Emotions were running high, I decided to take my cat home and get another opinion. I was referred to Randolph Veterinary Clinic. I am so pleased they got him in right away and were able to fix him. All fees quoted as one price and I was very confident about leaving him there. Very clean, and professional clinic. Disgusted with this vet. I have taken my dogs here for over 8 years and commuted an hour to get here. I haven't had an issue in the past but when I needed them the most they were of no help. I called today with an emergent issue and was told I had to wait over two weeks to be seen. When asked what I should do I was told "I don't know there's nothing we can do to see you sooner." I called a different vet, 5 minutes from home with excellent reviews and was able to be seen hours later as a NEW patient. Where is the loyalty here? Had my dogs records faxed over and turns out they either ignored or missed my dog has had diabetes for months. The new vet noticed it was present on blood work from July after I was told it was all normal. At this point it is very advanced and my dog is quite Ill. Don't take your animals here if you love them. They may be cheaper than others but the quality is not there. Wish I could Give 0 stars. Shame on these professionals read more

My little guy is like my baby and he needed surgery . I priced other places and randolph was the cheapest with good reviews. They had me drop him off in the morning and they called me at 3pm to pick him up at 4:45 (they knew I had a 30 min drive). They took me in the back room to pay and get his meds explained to me. They were very nice and everything was clean without furr chunks and no wet dog smell that some places have. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating was them charging me $45 more than they quoted me on the phone. read more

I honestly cannot say enough to express how much I appreciate Dr. Martyn Inkley and the associates at Randolph Veterinary. Always friendly. Their care and concern for my Max is genuine and everyone always goes above and beyond for us. I never feel rushed. Dr. Inkley never looks at his watch and it doesn't matter how many questions I have, he takes the time to answer and go into detail when necessary. I live about an hour and a half North of their office so they work with me when needing anything. Dr. Inkley tells you matter of fact your options. He doesn't believe in over medicating. I have been to many vets in the Buffalo area due to the many health issues my Max has. For the first time, I am confident and trust fully in this office. read more

The RVC was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. What we were facing was clearly communicated with options offered. I did not feel pressured in any way. Our family then made a decision and will trust them to do the necessary surgery. I appreciate their honesty and fairness. It's rare to find such dedicated professionals who keep their prices fair and do not give biased suggestions on options. While it's a distance from my home, I am considering moving all my veterinary care here. I chose to go here for my new bunny since I've heard great reviews about the place from other furry friend parents and they gave me a cheap estimate for my bunny's neutering surgery (75% less than other vets near me in Buffalo). They were very kind and great with my bunny during COVID, so they came out to our car to pick him up and then called us in a few hours to take him home. The only downfall is that this vet is located far from me, so I had to drive 1.5 hours to their office--leaving me to spend the day in Ellicottville which was fun to explore for a few hours while waiting. Overall, great service (Morgan was the woman who helped me and my bunny) and I would recommend their office to another pet owner. read more

The other half asked if I wanted to go for a drive to the vet, me being new to the area, i said sure. Not knowing where the vet was, we took a ride. The ride was about an hour away south of where we lived. The ride was beautiful into the country side and Amish country is an amazing place for sure. The other half brings all the pets here to get looked up and checked out here. There is about 3 cats and one dog that we bring here. The vet is located from what I can tell on a hill. The vet looks like it comes out of no where when driving to it. There is ample parking out in the front so you wont need to fight over for parking at all. The place seems very busy because the phone keep on going off and there was a steady stream of people in the waiting area either looking to see the doctor and also picking up meds for their pets. The wait in the waiting room seems to be about 20 minutes or longer depending on how busy the place gets. When your name finally gets called, you wait in the room your escorted to and you just wait for the doctor to come in. The room you wait in seems newer and very clean. When you finally see the doctor. It's quick for what we were there for. The people working behind the counter is very very nice, understanding and has a lot of compassion. Even though they have a lot of animals that come through their doors, the attention they give to each client and their pets is fantastic. I will for sure be coming to this vet when I get a cat of my own. Keep up the fantastic work team! read more

Last night we called about our cat who was paralyzed with no control of his bowls. We're life long customers. We called at 9 on a Monday. The response we got from the emergency number was "I can't save them all... go to Erie, you go further for Christmas shopping." We couldn't take our cat because he does not do well in cars and it's over an hour away; it would have put him in more shock. We got no advice, even through the phone, and very rude bedside manner. Now our cat is in the Falconer Clinic with a broken pelvis and hypothermia. Hoping he pulls through. Taking our business somewhere where our pets are viewed as loved family members and not just another number $$$. read more

Dr. Martyn Inkley is an excellent vet, so I thought I'd really like this practice. The receptionist was overwhelmed and communicated poorly. My 13-year-old dog was there for surgery, which they never got around to. My impression was that they over-scheduled and that my dog didn't receive adequate care while she was there. read more

I was very disappointed today when I called with an emergency for a new pet and was told the office isn't set up for emergency and it would be a week in a half be for my dog could be seen. Absolutely ridiculous! We recently moved to WNY from AZ and have gotten 3 of our 9 animals established. Our Molly cat started acting sick yesterday and this clinic refused to fit her in their schedule until next week because she wasn't "established". Really? She could be dead by then! My 17 yr old lab went down late one Sat night. Called vet 9am Sun morning. Knew "it was time". They got back to me at 1030am Mon morning. Couldn't get dog in till Wed! By the way, been using this vet for 15+ years. Told them their services were no longer needed for this dog. They said, " What is the dog's name?" Told them and then heard "click". We have been taking our animals to this vet for the last 15 years. One recent evening our Beagle Lucy whom they had cared for since she was born, she was 7, was hit by a snowmobile in the field next to our house. It was 9:10 p.m. I called the office and was given a cell number to call if it was an emergency. I called that number and the recorded voice mail said to leave a message and they would contact us as they checked the messages frequently. My wife and I wrapped our Beagle in a blanket and laid with her by the woodstove to keep her warm. She was in shock due to the pain she was in and that was our only recourse until we heard back from them. 4 hours later she passed away with no call back from Randolph Vet Clinic. The next morning the office called me and asked what they could do for me. I explained that my Beagle had been hit the night before and no one called me back and she passed away. They offered no sympathy and unceremoniously hung up. My wife who was very upset called Dr. Inkley and he was rude and dismissive. He told her she could have taken Lucy to another Vet. He couldn't be everywhere at once. Thanked her for the call and hung up. This is the only vet we knew or have dealt with in many years. I am confused how they can have an emergency call service and then not monitor it. If they had just called back and offered an alternative we feel our dog could be alive today. It is a shame that professionals act in such a dismissive and unsympathetic way when it comes to the treatment of animals. This clinic has been very good at accepting payment from us for years for routine procedures in the past but when we needed them they did not respond and said we could have taken our dying dog somewhere else. Dr. Draught who they bought the practice from was a gentle compassionate man who loved all animals. He helped us with our animals many times after hours and on weekends. He even called from a Florida vacation to check on one of our dogs under his care. It's too bad the folks who purchased his business did not learn his compassion for people and animals. We will never put ourselves or our pets in this situation again. I would encourage others to heed this warning or face the same type of heartbreak we did in our dealings with this Veterinarian. read more

Uncaring, unsympathetic and overcharges. The ladies at the front desk are not nice, the vet (older brother) is impatient and gets annoyed with you easily. The other vet (younger brother) was the only nice one there. I thought these people were nice at first, until it came time to put my dog to sleep. I was having a hard time making the choice that the older brother was pushing on me and he kept leaving the room out of frustration to help other people. I felt like I was just a number, not to mention my 12 year old son was there too. We were both crying and the vet was annoyed that we took too long. As soon as I said yes he injected my dog before I could even blink an eye. As my son and I were hugging and crying he said to the vet tech "you deal with this" and left! Not a sympathetic word nod nothing! Then because I suppose we took up too much of his time, he over charged us $90.00! We paid $170.00 and were suppose to be charged $80.00. I didn't even cremate my dog there. The tech took us out of the back of the building through an unkept storage area and handed me my dogs body, said "sorry for your loss" and that was that. When I returned to find out why we were overcharged they said it was because it was an emergency service. I made an appointment and waited almost two hours to be seen. How is that emergency services? I asked to speak to the vet but coincidentally he was in surgery. I waited and he proceeded to take every patient in the room and ignore me. I also called several times and left messages and they refuse to call me back. They even refused to respond to the BBB which they now have an official bad rating with because of it! These people should not be in business. Very disappointing. read more
