The drops they prescribed did not fight the infection & ended up damaging his ear behind the infection & created nerve damage in his eye. He is currently unable to see out of his one eye. The emergency vet that we took him to (because this vet told us they "can't see him until 1:45 pm" when we called at 7 am to report the issues post giving the drops they prescribed) told us this could progress into his brain. They offered no help, and no accountability. He is four years old & now may have long term damage to his eye and ear. They didn't even offer to refund the ear drops, which is the least of our worries, but would have gone a long way. We also had our dogs here for routine shots not that long ago & our other dog ended up having seizures post vaccines!! We have NEVER had issues before this vet with any problems like these. I don't know what they're doing with their medications or procedures but something's not right.

It was a completely unrushed, empathetic, comforting, and kind experience. They let all 4 of us in a private basement grieving room. We were given as much time as we needed before and after her passing. It was a very peaceful experience. She was in no pain, she didn't even flinch for her iv. Thank you for treating us like family.

God forbid you actually forgot your copy of your shots and ask for a duplicate.. Actually sat at fax machine awaiting while calling pleading with urgency the need my mistake.. my first time ever meeting any documentation or anything other than my actual whole health visit and I begged it wasn't until over and hour and I had to get nasty to even get the dam copy. Canceled appointments are one thing but it's getting a flat tire in route and your day of your not going to be more than ten.. hey I get that.. but you know what get this!! I get there went through the visit, they sold me this lifetime shot service then changed my appointment 4 times in a week. A female employee called a few days before the original appointment date to confirm the original appointment. I explained that they cancelled and moved it to another day. The girl told me I must have made a mistake because the doctor won't be in on that day. She hassled me for a few more minutes and when I started getting aggravated told me not to bother coming back because I wasn't a patient there anymore.

I transferred to VVC after not being happy with my former vet. What cemented my love for this place, was when I brought in a cat with an ulcer on his lip. We tried a few things and nothing worked but he didn't seem to be in pain and he was still eating and drinking just fine so we left it alone. Fast forward 6 months and I get a phone call from the vet asking if he still had the ulcer. The vet had read an article and wanted me to bring Buzz in to try something. It was cleared up in a week! He remembered my cat from bringing him in 6 months before. That's awesome. They are not the least expensive vets office, but I will pay for the kindness and expertise as well as the loving care my pets (cats and a German Shepherd) receive.
