They gave me time to say my good byes and they let me pet her when they gave her the shot. It was instant and peaceful then they gave me time and tissues to say goodbye. A few days after she was put down they sent me a sweet condolences card that all the staff signed. I found 2 kittens in my alley and took them in because my house just wasn't a home without a pet. They see my kittens and they are great with them. I highly recommend them they are the absolute best and truly care about your pet, they treat them as their own.

The ride was about an hour away south of where we lived. The ride was beautiful into the country side and Amish country is an amazing place for sure. The other half brings all the pets here to get looked up and checked out here. There is about 3 cats and one dog that we bring here. The vet is located from what I can tell on a hill. The vet looks like it comes out of no where when driving to it. There is ample parking out in the front so you wont need to fight over for parking at all. The place seems very busy because the phone keep on going off and there was a steady stream of people in the waiting area either looking to see the doctor and also picking up meds for their pets. The wait in the waiting room seems to be about 20 minutes or longer depending on how busy the place gets. When your name finally gets called, you wait in the room your escorted to and you just wait for the doctor to come in. The room you wait in seems newer and very clean. When you finally see the doctor. It's quick for what we were there for. The people working behind the counter is very very nice, understanding and has a lot of compassion. Even though they have a lot of animals that come through their doors, the attention they give to each client and their pets is fantastic. I will for sure be coming to this vet when I get a cat of my own. Keep up the fantastic work team!

This is a relatively small office, they don't do all the things that a larger office may do so they may refer you to someone else, but they have handled all of my situations very well. I have had to euthanize a few pets and the vets have been awesome, even go so far as to do the procedure in my truck, so my dog didn't even have to go in the office and was comfortable in her truck. I will certainly continue to go to them.

He has sensitive skin, dandruff, and doesn't clean his back so I took him to get groomed. They are very professional! They got him bathed, brushed out, and his claws trimmed up with no problem. They will let you go over a text message on the weekend without an explanation…read more They are also very old-school doctors and one of the assistants there is very rude and makes you feel small! It is a very toxic environment and I would not recommend this to anyone. They left me unemployed for a month because I left a great job for them as they gave me a good offer. I guess the horrible stories I've heard from people are true!! They also let assistants perform euthanasia's, which is incredibly illegal! Only a licensed veterinarian may do so, or a licensed vet tech with the proper certification under the DIRECT supervision of a veterinarian! They will also perform this via intracardiac route, which as outlined by the AVMA should only be done to animals under sedation or anesthesia. They would be very much conscious! Again, the ASSISTANT would be doing this and sometimes have to do it at least 3 times!! It's so appalling. Euthanasia is a privilege as we can use it to alleviate suffering. It's a very sad practice, but it should only be fulfilled with respect and not pure ignorance. Intracardiac = injection into the heart = a lot of pain!!
