My friend and I stumbled upon this fantastic cat adoption centre in the otherwise dead mall that is Niagara Centre. In the front area, they stock odds and ends (water bottles, t-shirts, etc) to raise proceeds for their efforts. The back of the store is the really impressive part; it's divided by a floor-to-ceiling chain link fence with a gate, and they have dozens of cats wandering free. The area is the size of a large living room, and it's filled with all sort of furniture for the cats to climb/sleep on, as well as toys. There's an area in the very back marked "employees only" where the cats are free to retreat to if they need the litter box, food, or just a quiet place to hide. The employees are happy to let anyone in with the cats to visit, and you're free to pet or play with them, or just let them come to you. It's a great setup, almost like a cat cafe, where you can get to know your future pet on their home turf. No cages, so the cats aren't stressed out. One cat in particular approached us for attention, and we happily petted her and fed her some treats while she purred non-stop. The other cats casually strolled around or slept, not bothered by us in the slightest. I only wish I lived nearby, because I'd love to visit all the time. It's probably for the best, since I'd want to take all of the cats home.

Jane was wonderful and easy to work with. I am red Cross certified in animal first aid, and was very pleased to hear Jane was too. My girls aren't special needs really, but it was good to know that if anything happened, Jane was equipped to make the right call. I am sure we were a bundle of nerves leaving our elderly dogs with someone on the fly like that, but my girls were well cared for, and neighbors all said Jane was at my house like clock work. We have a fenced in yard, so my dogs didn't have to be walked, and she even went the extra mile and took them for a walk anyway! We couldn't be happier with her services, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

They are so good to us here, it feels like we are visiting family. The staff here is absolutely incredible. The people who worked here a year ago are still here, and they're the same passionate, caring people we met on day one. My dog loves coming here, and he has become so much more social with other dogs. It's great to see him play and have so much fun. I can't wait to see all the big things they have planned for 2018.

I use to be a great customer and still don't understand it...but was treated rudely by management one day based on one of the very younger employees comments. My dog use to get her haircut and bath up there but price has doubled since January 2024. My dog use to enjoy the day care and we used it frequently, but now they have some wilder dogs going who bite , ride, ect my dog. I notice on camera that she is usually staying alone , but when she comes home she actually needs a bath from being up there. It is not the place imo it use to be. Maybe having trouble keeping quality employees. I have noticed a pretty large turnover , but I'm now completely done, with boarding, day care, and grooming services.
