This is a relatively small office, they don't do all the things that a larger office may do so they may refer you to someone else, but they have handled all of my situations very well. I have had to euthanize a few pets and the vets have been awesome, even go so far as to do the procedure in my truck, so my dog didn't even have to go in the office and was comfortable in her truck. I will certainly continue to go to them.

They called her vet who stopped doing house visits for covid. We called my vet who was really booked out and we couldn't let Chelsea suffer. I turned to yelp to help us. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Not only did they move things around once they heard her condition to fit her in, but they worked with our flight schedules so we could all be here today. It was a completely unrushed, empathetic, comforting, and kind experience. They let all 4 of us in a private basement grieving room. We were given as much time as we needed before and after her passing. It was a very peaceful experience. She was in no pain, she didn't even flinch for her iv. Thank you for treating us like family.

They staff was wonderful and attentive. It turned out that my little old man had congestive heart failure, so the doctor gave me so medicine to relieve the congestion but was clear that he needed much more extensive testing to figure out what meds to put him on and that it wasn't a good situation. We went home early from our vacation in order to get him to our vet the next morning, and my baby made it through the seven hour road trip. And we even got a very lovely call from the vet's office asking how he was doing. Within a half hour of being home, he passed over. He was so ready, but I sure wasn't. I am so happy with the service Dunkirk provided, as everyone from the doctor to Miranda to Michele was so kind, and the price was very reasonable. I will for sure take my animals there in the future when I am in town. Thank you!

Took my dog buddy in for his rabies first time I was there. What did they do gave him 2 vaccine we didn't ask for. Only found out of the mistake when we went to have him groomed and on his paperwork there was no rabies vaccine. So I was billed for 2 vaccines I never asked for. All I got was a sorry and to bring him back in for his rabies. Also my dog isn't nurtured and the paper work said he was. Pretty obvious he isn't. Then the second vist we took him got his rabies. A couple weeks later I get a call saying he needed his sutures out. Obviously he had no sutures. So in two visits he was given the wrong vaccines. Messed up his vet records and called us for something he didn't need. Cost me extra money for vaccines he didn't need and miss time at work. If you dont mind incompetency then go here but If your someone who expects there vets to be held at the standards as all medical professionals then I would say go somewhere else.
