I called theit number for a pet emergency. Hit the emergency number and just got a recording saying to call back if it's an emergency and nobody answered, so I called right back and somebody did answer and said somebody would be right with me. Almost 20 minutes later nobody had answered the phone so I called back 3 more times and nobody again answered. Extremely helpful when you've got an animal that's desperately sick would not recommend this place to anybody read more

I took my one cat to another vet to get spayed, what concerned me afterwards is that they didn't give her any pain medicine. After I got her home, I called and asked about it because she was in an extreme amount of pain. They said the vet doesn't give pain medicine for that surgery. That vet has since retired. I then was fortunate enough to get into Haskell Valley. I took my new kitten there to get spayed, and was relieved to hear that she had been given pain medicine after the surgery. She has been sleeping a lot but has not shown any signs of real discomfort. Haskell Valley really does care not only about your fur babies, but about your comfort level too. They want you to know that you are part of the process. I can't think of a clinic that goes above and beyond to the level that this one does, highly recommended. read more

Dr. Payne and his staff treated our cocker spaniel quickly, with gentle care, and took the time to make sure I heard and understood her treatment plan accurately (I am hard of hearing). His gift with animals that made her at ease when he had to examine her in uncomfortable places. He called us personally to discuss her blood work as well. I can't say anything good about this place... horrible.. if you read this it's clear their staff and owner do not care about your pets well being!! I had left a bad yelp review prior to this due to a bad experience and I was going to take my dogs else where going forward. Then I left town a few months later and my wife called them for an emergency with the dog. They said she couldn't bring the dog their because I left a bad yelp review before. They showed their true colors!! Bad business!!! Run away! Far far away and never go back. read more

I can't recommend Haskell Valley enough. Everything you could hope for in a vet - the facility was immaculate, the entire staff was kind, courteous and professional, particularly during in accommodating an urgent appointment with my 13 year old dog and easing my nerves, calming my fears. Dr. Payne went above and beyond, I've rarely seen a vet who goes the extra mile and then some. There are other good vets out there as well but if you are looking at this place, I'd highly recommend it. read more
