They have one female employee in particular, with glasses, short hair and a nose ring who has no business working any kind of job that offers customer service in any kind of way. The new owners (definitely not from around here) are very dismissive and seem to have no appreciation of the locals and tourists who keep them in business. The only reason this post gets 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they still have incredible donuts. It's their only saving grace. I would suggest improving on customer service. It would be a good start to making things better. That and make your prices more competitive. I can go across the street to the burger barn for a amazing juicy burger for less.
