I ended up asking for a refund, and even that took about 20 minutes to sort out. We hoped the cider donuts would make up for it, but they were dry and not hot and fresh like we remembered. That was another big disappointment. I am leaving this review because I genuinely want to see this place succeed again. It used to be a must visit destination, but now it feels like the quality has dropped while the prices have gone up. Please bring back the turkey BLT wrap, make every donut hot and fresh, and bring back the lemon bars. Those were some of the things that made this place so special.
