Came here for lunch with my husband and son, Iv had their food before at kidcadia and always been satisfied but I wanted to check out their cafe this time and it is so cute. I loved their decor and how on coastal point theme it is. The service was great and the boy at the register who helped us was so sweet and kind. Overall I was happy and will recommend anyone to come check out this cafe. I got the superior and my husband got the corned beef sandwich both were delicious.

    The Ontario Sammich

Let me tell you this. This place doesn't sell sandwiches. It sells SAMMICHES. From Urban Dictionary, a sammich is not just a sandwich, it is not just a meal. Sammich is a term reserved for only the holiest and mightiest of all sandwiches. Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are forever. Sums it up perfectly. The Ontario sandwich is quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had (in recent memory)! I am so glad I accidentally wandered into this spot. I was visiting the Arab American National Museum down the street and wanted to grab a quick bite and I didn't want McDonald's or Burger King. I thought...hmm a sandwich shop. Let's just grab a quick bite. I didn't know what to order so I ordered the Ontario and an iced caramel latte. Once the sandwich came out I thought," Hmm looks good." Then I took a single bite and OMG. The toasted crunch, the chipotle sauce, the perfectly sou vided chicken breast, and melted cheese...it was just an explosion of favor! The French fries were perfectly done and had a good crisp. The spot is quiet and comfortable. I could see myself coming back to enjoy a slow afternoon while eating a godly sandwich.

The Ontario sandwich is quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. Not only is it delicious and bursting with flavor, but the bread is always so perfectly grilled it could star on a magazine cover. And the chicken, thanks to sous vide cooking, is perfectly tender every single time. The fries are always expertly prepared too - golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I also had the fortune of trying the pineapple oasis smoothie during Dearborn Restaurant Week and it was so tasty that now I'll order it every time, and I almost never order drinks anywhere, especially smoothies, so that's saying something.

Veggie panini with chicken and side of fries

Had the veggie panini and added chicken. Quite good sandwich- flavorful, hot, and not soggy. Fries were nice and crispy. Service was light but somewhat expected considering typical fast casual type place. Pricing on meal was fair, drinks seemed a little high. Was ~$16 for my lunch meal

    Mocha Latte

The place is not bad. However, nothing special as well. First, the very good details. The decor of this place is beautiful. It's really spacious and bright. I love it. The barista was extremely kind as well. The kiosks come in handy. Those were all good. Now for the improvement details. The place could use just a little more work on their coffee. They said they sourced the coffee from Great Lakes which is ok. I ordered a mocha latte but I was not pleased to get it barely warm. They really need to steam their lattes at higher temperatures. I know I can just ask them to do so but if that is their default then that is a pretty cold latte. It simply tasted milky and warm. Not at all strong of the chocolate or espresso coffee taste. So I hope they can improve that because if I need my coffee hit I expect a latte to do that. It was as if I drank a lukewarm hot chocolate. I was hoping for the caffeine to kick in but unfortunately nothing. As for the prices they were fair.

    Kimchi fries, salad, sandwich

The sandwiches were so good, tender and juicy. My favorite was the superior and kimchi fries. The cafe was clean and well lit. I can't wait to go back again!

I got the Huron sandwich with sweet potato fries and everything is amazing. It tasted fresh, the sandwich was well done and the sweet potato fries were delicious. There is a clean and calm ambience. Perfect for a lunch break with friends.

Can I talk about how much I love this place? This was our first stop after arriving in the area and checking into our hotel. The inside is beautifully decorated and I love that there are multiple options for ordering. They have a kiosk, or you can scan a barcode, or you can order at the counter. The menu was so enticing that it took our group a while to make a decision. We were all interested in the Isle Royale (salmon sandwich), so decided to split it as an appetizer. It was really good! I think a bit more slaw would have made it even more amazing. Among the table, we also had The Superior, The Mackinac, The Huron, and The Michigan (salad). We tasted each other's food and everything was great and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were the best and I'm typically not a fan. Pine Coast Cafe also has an extensive coffee selection. I had the mocha iced latte and two other guests had the iced chai latte. They were good, but super light. We enjoyed them. However, if you like a bit more of a strong coffee flavor on your lattes, this may not hit the mark. Other than that, the staff were super nice, helpful and awesome! Also, there's plenty of parking in the back of the building. I highly recommend Pine Coast Cafe!

I didn't know Dearborn had it going on like that. Shame on me…read more Came here with my friend for a night cap. After a food crawl of sorts, we were looking to wind down the evening here, but evidently this place keeps the party going, late night. A spacious spot, with plenty of seating for both small and large groups, this is definitely spot where you can come kick it and hang for a minute. The drink menu was pretty expansive, with different types of coffee, teas and juices. They also had a variety of desserts to choose from. My friend and were immediately drawn to the smoothie and juice section. So many combinations to check out. I ended up going with the Diwan Smoothie (their most popular smoothie), and my friend got something similar that also added in some bananas. We sat down, and about 5 minutes later we got our smoothies. Both of our smoothies were refreshing and tasty. It's funny, 16 oz smoothie was $8. For a dollar more, you could get a 24 oz one. Uhm.... who is getting just the 16oz one? OVERALL - I enjoyed this place quite a bit. I would certainly go back for 24 oz smoothie....never just the 16 oz. CELEBRITY RATING - Jason Mantzoukas

Thankfully, there are a lot of coffee shops, and tea houses in Dearborn, and we try to hit up as…read moremany as we can anytime we visit the area This place stuck out to me because I really like the way the ambiance looked online. It looks very homey, but at the same time, very oriental and global feeling. When we came inside, I was impressed, the pictures did it justice. We chose our table and decided to get a small pot of the adani tea and a to go order of the toffee latte- iced. Going with the pot of tea was a great idea because it gave us more of the ambiance that I was going after. I think a to go cup would not have done that. It was the perfect amount of tea and I'm happy they had Splenda as an option for sweetener. The tea cup set was cute, too. The man with the glasses at the front was very helpful and told us the prices of the desserts, but ultimately, we decided to skip out on them. It would be helpful to have prices on the display case, because we wouldn't have to keep asking if they had them there. Another small constructive criticism would be to make sure that the bathroom is stocked with toilet paper-- the bathroom had none. Other than that-- this is a great coffee shop and I would love to visit again soon!
